Great improvements to the fencing. That should definitely deter predators and pests.

This electrified fence doesn't have strong ampere. It can only shock you or an animal you accidentally touch it.

How unfortunate you couldn't find another way. I'm sure you won't share when something horrible occurs.

Our fence is a standard electric fence used by farmers to exclude out or contain in farm animals or wild animals. With our tester it showed 8000 volts, this is sufficient for keeping out deer. All farm electric fences pulse the electric charge, it's not constantly on like a house wall plug is. Most typical electric fences have very low amps, around 120,000 thousandths of an amp, which isn't even enough to kill a squirrel. It is amps that kills people or animals. Your house electric plugs are way more dangerous than a farm electric fence as house wiring can kill due to higher amps. Typical American amps on wall plugs is 15 to 20 amps which can kill you. The fence we put up is to protect our food we spent time in planting and tending, the wild animals have many other things around us to eat, just not our food.
