This performance was what got me hooked on BTS. I just love their interactions and how they enjoyed themselves so much that they couldn't help just getting out of their chairs and dance. I've rewatched this numerous times since then. For that two-part ending of "Spring Day", it's interesting to myself how it shows that I've gotten to know them gradually better over time. The first time I saw this, of course I didn't know who was who and just enjoyed that part. Further down the line, I knew that it was JK, V, and Jimin who sang the first part, and they showed Jin joining the second part, and I thought, the vocal line! Just now when I watched this again with you, I'm already familiar with their voices. So when Jin joined the second part, I thought, wait. I can hear his voice also singing the high harmony, so the added lower harmony is not him. Then I realized that it was J-hope! I'm so proud of myself for knowing that, haha.
I really thought you've seen this already. They're just so lively in this. There's a Bangtan Bomb that shows them rehearsing with Ghost Band where J-Hope asked JK to to that run with him that wasn't in the original arrangement of Save Me.
And that harmony between Hobi and JK is literally my favorite part of this entire set. Then the way Jk goes right back into singing his part... it just melts me every time. 🤗

Their live arrangements are my absolute favourites and they're very such incredible live performers! Yes this was performed last year in the middle of pandemic and they were really going through a hard time with their tour getting cancelled. Fast forward to this day, they finally got to perform for us in person for 4 nights and they had the time of their lives! Really couldn't ask for anything more! 💜
I have no idea how many times I've watched their Tiny Desk Concert but it never gets old, as mentioned, the arrangements with the live band are great and they give new life to already great songs, and their performance was amazing as well, all around awesome and glad to watch along with you again.

Yes! This concert was so good. I think they were just really happy to see the band and get to perform amid the mess and disappointment that was the height of the pandemic. It'll be interesting for you to see the Armypedia Talk Show performances with a live band too (and the Suga cam from that because it's hilarious), but they did older songs for that one so you might have a ways to go before you get up to it. (UltraPurple has the whole thing with English subtitles.)
Just wanted to point out JHope also joined in on the lower harmonies at the end of Spring Day! I believe BTS has joked before that Suga and RM’s voices don’t blend well in group vocals but I don’t really believe it because they have done it for other songs. But tangent aside I love how this mini concert showcases JHopes vocal abilities too! I absolutely love his singing voice. If you both want a laugh you need to react to his Japanese song with Suga called Otsukare. There is no official studio version so any lyric video you watch will just have the live vocals from their performance. I advise to just skip right to the live performance to get the full effect!

That line at the end of RM's rap, "Thank You, Uri Ga Dwae Jwoseo" (Thank you for being part of 'us') is one of the most important lines for ARMY's. In a live setting, we all get to shout that line together, so RM drops out and ARMY shouts that line at the top of our lungs. I got to do that myself for the first time on December 2nd and it was without a doubt the most meaningful moment of the concert for me. In this performance, the rest of the boys sung the line instead, knowing we couldn't be there, but finding a way to include us the best way they could.

The highlights of this performance are its beautiful music arrangement in acoustic setting and amazing/individual vocal/rapping style...i do love watching this...each of the member have specific talent incomparable to other members... Perfect performance
please check out their dear class of 2020 performance. tae and jin have a sweet moment during spring day in that performance. And for those that know of the argument that happened between tae and jin over spring day choreo years ago...their lovely moment at dear class is exactly at the part their fight was over. @@AndrewBergSax yup, they have shows like Run BTS, Bon Voyage, In The Soop and also official documentaries like Burn the Stage, etc. That can't be put on RUclips due to copyrights. Run BTS is the only one that can be uploaded to RUclips. There is a platform called Patreon to alot of reactors use where they put up things that can't be uploaded onto RUclips. It is a option and it would be fun for you and your wife to react to BTS's show where you really get to see them when they are not on stage.

All their MICS are custom made with Swarovski crystals. V doesn't use a sparkly MIC- he said it gets heavy with the crystals. Suga also doesn't always use the sparkly MICS, but he's never said why.

I hope they get to come back and do it again but in person like how it's meant to be done. =0) Loved their outfit's. They emote extremely well. I always feel what they feeling. They bring the lyrics to life for me. One of my fav's is Class of 2020 concert. They did 3 songs too. Spring Day was one, Boy with Luv ft. Halsey another, and Mikrocosmos the last. This was how I heard for the very 1st time Spring Day & Mikrocosmos. I was in love!!! It took me a while to watch the MV and learn the song names. But that performance still remains clear as day in my memory. I was so touched. I like many Army believe they sang those songs for the students who would have graduated if they had lived. They went fishing last Sept and bored so they just wrote the song.

That line at the end of RM's rap, "Thank You, Uri Ga Dwae Jwoseo" (Thank you for being part of 'us') is one of the most important lines for ARMY's. In a live setting, we all get to shout that line together, so RM drops out and ARMY shouts that line at the top of our lungs. I got to do that myself for the first time on December 2nd and it was without a doubt the most meaningful moment of the concert for me. In this performance, the rest of the boys sung the line instead, knowing we couldn't be there, but finding a way to include us the best way they could.

The highlights of this performance are its beautiful music arrangement in acoustic setting and amazing/individual vocal/rapping style...i do love watching this...each of the member have specific talent incomparable to other members...

And for those that know of the argument that happened between tae and jin over spring day choreo years ago...their lovely moment at dear class is exactly at the part their fight was over. (which you will, because you're ARMY; BTS gets in our blood and reaches down into the depths of our souls), at the end of Spring Day, it's Jimin, V and Jungkook the first time. Kind of arranged Jimin (soprano) V &Jk (2nd Alto/Tenor match pitch), when Jin (2nd soprano) and Hobi (Baritone) come in, they fill the rest of the chord.

@@AndrewBergSax yup, they have shows like Run BTS, Bon Voyage, In The Soop and also official documentaries like Burn the Stage, etc. That can't be put on RUclips due to copyrights. Run BTS is the only one that can be uploaded to RUclips. There is a platform called Patreon to alot of reactors use where they put up things that can't be uploaded onto RUclips. It is a option and it would be fun for you and your wife to react to BTS's show where you really get to see them when they are not on stage.

All their MICS are custom made with Swarovski crystals. V doesn't use a sparkly MIC- he said it gets heavy with the crystals. Suga also doesn't always use the sparkly MICS, but he's never said why.

Caitlin is me. Haha. They are wonderful especially the live band. Spring day always hits me every time. Immediately started tearing up by the first two lines.

Hi. I am back. Good reaction, ty. Love this concert. I never heard of Tiny Desk until they did it. I hope they get to come back and do it again but in person like how it's meant to be done. =0) Loved their outfit's. They emote extremely well. I always feel what they feeling. They bring the lyrics to life for me. One of my fav's is Class of 2020 concert. They did 3 songs too. Spring Day was one, Boy with Luv ft. Halsey another, and Mikrocosmos the last. This was how I heard for the very 1st time Spring Day & Mikrocosmos. I was in love!!! It took me a while to watch the MV and learn the song names. But that performance still remains clear as day in my memory. I was so touched. I like many Army believe they sang those songs for the students who would have graduated if they had lived. I was touched. They so sweet. I adore them to pieces. So happy to be on this journey with Army and BTS! Hugs. stay safe. --NY USA Army💜

They went fishing last Sept and bored so they just wrote the song.
