Hello Modern Balai, my request is an L-shaped, tiny house inspired floorplan. 2 storey, 3 bedrooms, 1 powder room, 2 t&b. Good size kitchen (at the back end of the house facing sunrise), laundry area is seamlessly designed or positioned as part of the kitchen. With covered deck adjacent to living area and dining area. minimalist and maaliwalas feels. Thank you!

Stones are quite dated but it's complemented by the modern touch. The swimming pool located in the front yard is not very practical because it's lack of privacy. Anyway the design is good as usual.
