Can you get a nice 3 or 4 bedroom county home for under $300,000? I wouldn't pay anymore than that and take on the overhead of property taxes and maintenance in retirement.
I d make the master bedroom downstairs my den t v room the front room a formal living room the entire upstairs would b the entire master wing bed n the biggest bedroom with a master sitting room in the smaller bedroom
