The “accessible “ room has a random chair in the way of anyone in a wheelchair! The “Super8” at Chester is really nice and has electric car charging stations for the residents of the hotel. Hopefully you get your money back eventually!

For an unaccompanied wheelchair user that room is far from accessible! This is what the able bodied do to get round the regulations of what should be adequate provisions under the Disability Discrimination laws. Shocking.

To be honest I doubt you would even get up the ramp it's rather steep
