I had its predecessor of predecessors, the 1967 Ariens Rotary mower, model 35-10m. It attached to the 1965-1974 Ariens Sno-thro back end. I put a Predator 212 on it. The thing was a beast. It shredded leaves to oblivion, too the point it made a nice smell, never knew shredded leaves gave off an aroma, it cut grass with professional quality and it could go into 3 foot tall brush and had no issues taking that out. That thing was a beast. I sold it to a fellow who was specifically going to use it for brush. No issues their, it was a tank. This new line of Gravely's with attachments made by Ariens was based off that original Trac-Team line. Awesome equipment.

I had the 1965 version of that machine. We kept it running for about 40 years. With the front guard removed, I routinely cut down 3" diameter trees. I could have done every task on your project with my 1965 machine and the 36" mower. Attachment included a 36" or a 48" mower, a rorotiller, a rotary plow, a sycle bar, snow plow, a ride behind sulky. Electric start and dual wheels were options that were available but that we did not have.

My dad had the 1948 version with the 36” rotary deck, a sycle bar, rotary plow, snow plow, sulky and a cart. Bought it used around 55. Replaced it with a brand new 1975 Gravely 812. I didn’t realize that they had gone back to the 2 wheel tractors, thought they only made commercial mowers.

Hey Stan, what’s goin on , i am whooped, i ha four lanes today, and it may not sound like a lot, but i had to finish my mowing. In the rain, and before that, it was super hot, full sun beatin down on ya, and ungodly humid. But, my EGO 21 inch self propelled lawn mower excelled at the job, and the string trimmer and blower, i tell you what, that commercial series blower is so powerful, the grass and dirt build up on the sidewalk got ripped off oh the blower and i only had it on setting three lol. Today was lawn day for me, but tomorrow for sure i will go to the farm and help people load more of their purchases like the tractors and i think the open guy is coming to get the 2 ton ditch witch. That baby is heavy, it tipped the front end loader on it’s front wheels like nothing, but e will get it all done, the job is never done. And then this weekend was really nice, we had the auction, i helped with traffic control i think i told ya, and then after most for he stuff was sold off, i helped load stuff and like it told ya, got some good tips.for dinner tonight, we are having chicken Frances.well my friend, you have a great night, god bless and go get em, and make sure you whole crew and family are having fun along the way. I don’t know if they have it up where you are but for small engines, VP racing fuel. 50:1 and 4 cycle. I called the engineers up after watching your video on how long gas lasts and they promised VP is good for 4 years in its original can and 2 years in the gas tank of whatever you have. I use it on all of my small
Engines. I buy it 5 gallons at a time to save money. It is higher octane so saws and such run better. They also have a can of stuff called fix it fuel. Drain your old gas and get it to run on the fix it fuel and it’s worked wonders for my equipment. God bless!

Stan, have you ever used gasoline stabilizer? I bought a new lawnmower about three years ago, and every year, in the spring, I was taking the carburetor off of the mover, and cleaning all of the old fuel out of it. Since I've used a product called STA-BIL, fuel stabilizer, I haven't had this issue.
I'm thinking having this on hand might save you frustrations when you're ready to fire up equipment. The bottle I bought will last a long time, and I think I paid between 9.00- and 10.00 dollars a bottle at The Home Depot.

I've been digging through your videos, and truly enjoying the business 101 section where you cover quoting and all the behind the scenes stuff people don't typically think about in a business. I have a few questions about proper quoting/invoices for my business, that I'm having a hard time finding examples to help me out. Do you still offer the direct contact email address, or any way that I could pick your brain with a few questions?
