The yellow/red is: Vredo compact seeder.
The blue thing is: The IMANTS® ShockWave is a linear decompactor, designed to revitalise heavy wear areas by relieving soil compaction, improving aeration and removing surface water. Used on fine turf like golf courses.
Thanks for the info!
I was thinking Dethatcher
@@Dirtmonkey when i see you going thru this event and talking with people it seems like they weren't too keen on you being there. I think that contractors like you and others should be catered to because sooner or later the cities are going to be in a money crunch and won't be able to have all the nice toys. It individuals that make stuff happen. And I also wondered why it seemed like they always send out company reps to an expo that never want to talk with the public. Lack of training.
@@Jimmy_in_Mexicoalso remember when the toys get older and sold on that's when the smaller operator gets to play, and spares sales, whether to new or second hand purchasers are still sales.
that vredo seeder is a reseeder. it cuts a small v groove which enables a gap where the seeds fall in. it cat seed in thick grass with a row distance of 1 inch!! the vredo and imants are both made in the Netherlands.
Always cool when you find a show Or an auction unexpectedly and actually have the time to stop and enjoy👍
Like a kid running into a candy shop 😛
Most of those guys there seemed to be on vacation. Even a little annoyed that Stan was asking questions. smh
@@scsc9311 They were probably just annoyed that he jumped in and interrupted most of them mid-conversation with someone else.
The red/yellow thing is a motorized hot dog stand, and the blue thing is a water wheel so you can paddle through deep water obviously
I KNEW IT!!!! 👍🏻
That was my second guess!
Motorized hot dog harvestor, automated pto driven grill assembly sold seperately
I’ve had my kubota SCL 1000 for 2 months now. I really like the wide tracks on the narrow frame. Doesn’t tear up the turf. I use mine for irrigation work.
Who can argue with 650,000 targeted audience ads for FREE! I doubt most of the vendors realized what a service was just given to their respective companies for just a smile and a quick chat. Nice walk around...thank you!
That blue attachment is a slicer that help loosen up the ground and allow for aeration and help areas with standing water to drain.
Thanks for that🙏
That swivel seat - dang... simple, effective, want it :D
Precisely
@@Dirtmonkey not a problem - I purchase for the city and local sports club- supported by the city ;)
The first cub cadet seems to be their answer to a Ventrac. Oh wait ! I saw a Ventrac in the background when you were talking about the Kubota UTV.
The drone is pretty cool.
I like that remote ballpark line doodad.
Oh ! Oh ! VENTRAC !!! I needed that lol
The ABI machine was real nice with all those attachments.
Thanks Stan for sneaking us in
glad you enjoyed the show!
That hinged seat is pretty cool. I kind of like the pucker feeling though, because it makes me rethink what I’m doing on a slope and stay alive lol
That was a cool unexpected discovery. I've got no idea what the mystery equipment was. I did like seeing the VenTrac unit. I had mentioned that company to you awhile back.
Thanks braddah 👊
So much fun to see you there! Glad you could get some footage of the drone from Frost Inc! Lots of cool technology at that event!
I just got to admit I enjoy watching and going to these types of things myself, just the way they improve their equipment or bring out newer stuff that can make doing the job just a little bit easier and less stressful blows my mind. Pretty cool can't wait to see what they are gonna unveil.
Couldn’t agree more. So stoked 😁
Thank you for another great video god bless have a good weekend. Thank you again 👍
Thanks Anthony & God bless ya 🙏
This was one of my favorite videos you've ever done. I wish they had this stuff open to the public and I wish you could have shown us ALL of it. Very cool stuff.
That was an interesting product show. I don't know what most of it was or the uses for the equipment, but for somebody like you that does that kind of work, that would be a blast! Good manufacturers develop new equipment to make jobs more efficient and productive. Glad to see they still stepping up with the pandemic still happening. Life does go on! Thanks for sharing the experience and information with us! God bless you!
Great video, Stan! I'm a gearhead when it comes to lawncare equipment. This was pretty neat to see some other equipment used for other specialties. Can't wait for GIE! Hope to catch you there at some point.
Love it. That’d be awesome 👊
Cool stuff Stan. I’ve been interested in the Kubota SCL1000, here in Australia i was told we won’t be getting any here for 3 year almost. The Lesco unit was so cool and something else i’d like to get into. Thanks Stan 👍🏼
I am doing wild guesses. The blue is a hay tedder and the yellow one is a round hay baler . Great video! Love the machines. The drone is my favorite. Have a great weekend. Thank you.😊🙏
Thanks for bringing us along!
$25,000 for a battery powered zero turn mower??? Yeah no thank you I don't smoke crack.
Yeah, municipalities are the only ones that can afford that, guess all that stimulus money has to go somewhere…
@@charlessmith5274 I'm already picturing the guy sitting on it collecting $50/Hr of taxpayer money when the battery goes dead.
I could buy 2 gas mowers and have some left over
I use the XLG 467 with the 72" deck, rototiller attachment and hydro seeder for overgrown asphalt parking lots. It's amazing for short work snow removal as well. Best of all, it's priced under $18,000 with the attachments.
Stan invades the product fair!!! I love it! Thank you Sir for the great video!!!
Thanks for bein here 👊👊
Ventrac BEST RIG EVER BUILT, HANDS DOWN!! I'm a golf course superintendent, just demoed one and ordered a brand new one after one day. Best rig on the market!! Can't wait to take delivery next may!! Power, great cut, and takes on hillsides with NO ISSUES!
Being a old retired guy, the thing that impressed me the most was the swivel seat on that lawn mower. To bad that doesn't come standard on your Big Box home improvement store lawn mowing machines. You mentioned about butt pucker because of some of the angles, I have just the average house with a couple of small slops that I hang onto the machine until I get back on level ground.
That seat is simple- but very nice!
Really cool equipment show, thanks for stopping and showing use what only the bigger companies get to see……
Gotcha man 👊 thanks for the support
Thank you , cool stuff. Love the seat that swivels. That would be great for your back
Oooh true!
Oooh true!
Ground prep for seeding! Always interesting to see what you come up with, thanks!
😁👍
That first mower is dope
👍👊
Stanley i always enjoy you showing me around trade shows in the US. I'm in Sydney and your excitement for new technology / toys is heaps of fun even from way over here
Glad I’m not the only one stoked hehe 😁👍
Props to asking so many questions about equipment you will never personally use or need. Good looks
Thinking of y’all 👍
Damn I wish I had that remote control linemarker rig for when I used to linemark 17 pitches around 3 suburbs for a local soccer club!
That cub cadet seat almost has me sold on that mower!
Gravely has an implement down pressure setup like the lesco aerator/seeder. Looked at one few weeks back. I like that setup
What a great show and It was great to meet you!! We should do a video on the next demo unit I get! I just did one with ventrac on their edger and I did miles and miles of curb and sidewalk edging. -Bert
Stan's crop dusting involves 🌽 and 🌾 My crop dusting involves 💨 💩 🤮
LOL ok maybe mine involve a bit of both too
Alot of cool equipment. I would love to get a euro agri mat.
I’m absolutely impressed at how quiet that Cub Cadet was.
I love to see people with integrity! good on you Stan!
Appreciate ya Chris 😊
I work at a Kubota dealer in NC we have a new SCL 1000 for sale right now. We have sold lots of them. I'm one of the techs there and there are actually really good machines.
Always cool to see new gear.
Thanks...happy you like it👍👊
The Gravely EV is $25,000...for one mower!!!!!! Ummm yeah, I'll stick with gas power for my mowers.
You would only have to charge 10 times as much for a yard.
I'm sure there will be many government institutions that shell out for one or two without blinking an eye.
A-frickin-men!! I can't agree more, yet nevertheless our political parasites are determined to end gas powered EVERYTHING, and FORCE us into a life of battery powered everything, and dirty electrickery for everything else! Free energy be damned because there ain't no damn room for greed in it since there's no way for the rat bastard corporation to make endless profits from such a thing!
Very cool, lots for interesting equipment
Riiiight 🤤
One mark of a true professional is keeping current on all the new developments, including equipment! It's a big plus to remain enthusiastic as well 👍
Absolutely!
I bought the gravel rascal pro from ABI and don’t regret my investment so a big thanks to you Stan
Glad to see back in the office with you doing some narration . As usual great video stay safe and keep the videos coming.
Appreciate it 😊
Ditch witch has one like that kubota that a lot of tree trimmers use in my area. Would be fun to see a comparison between the two.
Hey, great video......glad ya seen it and stopped to check it out for all of us also....
Thanks for coming along for the ride.
man that seat is cool
I think the blue thing is a, ground airer… it’s puts cuts in the ground that lets air go to the root of the grass and it grows better
I think you are right!
I'm being honest now, but my fav thing about this vid was Stan being behind the camera! ALL my question get/got answered!!
😁👊
We run a couple ventrac with rough mowers or aerators in the summer otherwise we use 20 some ventrac 4500s in the winter
Great video Stan 🇺🇲 I really enjoyed seeing all the new equipment
Awesome sauce 😁
Great video for all the technology we have and as long as commercial mower have been around youd think the seat swivel would have came about sooner but I understand why it's on the cub cadet my neighbor just bought one like this one and the way you sit on and in a mower with that design its necessary you basically have to hold yourself strait with the steering wheel I bet ventrac is wishing they did it first
Neither are vip clubs but we appreciate you showing it to us.🤠.
The Kubota RTV is built by Kubota and has a Kubota designed engine built by Subaru. Still an awesome piece of equipment!
Wow you should put all those events on here that’s cutting edge stuff so interesting to see
OMG Stan- I love the brake on that Lesco Aerator-
I have never had a z turn mower parking brake hold with all their fancy disc brakes and crap that dont work. Disc parking Brakes on a mower that dont use the brake to actually to stop the machine-
Its just a huge waste of money. None of my mowers parking brake hold- Love the arm on the tire ! sweet simple
you must be living a good life to be able to get excited about stuff like this
here I am wishing I could even have a lawn lol
Imants shockwave is a aerator that slits lines into the ground causing the earth to move and open up. The thing beside it was a Vredo disc seeder, simple disc overseeder. I work with a 3m shockwave and a 2.8m vredo. Good bits of kit.
Also the Trimax pegasus s4 is possibly the best roller mower on the market.
You need to buy some of these machines haha. The turf air rator/seeder, the kabota and the last one the black machine which does fine grading.
Shows they can trust and work with you in the future and their products would be safe.
I didnt realize lesco was still making equipment
6:15 The drone will be interesting, because in the future you'll be using an AI version that knows where your fields are and which parts need greater coverage. There'll be none of that guy standing there with a remote control
Thats probably coming very soon
Can be done now with Geofencing
I like the Ventrac because you could have many attachments for it. It like a big multiple tool. My second choice is cub cadet.
Hey Stan. A bit out of context, but I'm interested in knowing more about content making. Do you still have your editor or do you edit every video yourself ? And if you have an editor does he do all editing or do you split your work with him? Thank you in advance.
I still edit every video but we work together. He does the heavy lifting and I do the polishing.
@@Dirtmonkey Thank you. Really nice to know how it all works.
Another really interesting video Stanley. Thank you.
Loved the video and can’t wait for gie I’ll be there and hope to maybe run into you there and meet you in person I’m a huge fan.
Sounds like a plan 😁👊
Great work and thanks for sharing this with us take care
Thanks 👍
@@Dirtmonkey You’re welcome bud 👍🏻
“Not for the public”
Public: 💻 👀

That cub cadet seat is amazing I want one for my gravely! Wow!
Keep videos like this coming. The project videos are fun and interesting but the new equipment ,tools, etc. Are really cool.
Love to hear it thanks man I gotchuuu 👊👍
Those machines that you were talking about are (blue one) to loosen the compacted soil & the other one is the soothe & flatten lumpy & bumpy areas
Lesco has always made good stuff, still wish they made their walk behinds.
Insane how you get great content (beyond your day job that is)! Thanks!
I think it would be interesting to hear more about your crop dusting days.
Noted 😊
Definitely an interesting time for sure
@@Dirtmonkey a biplane? Damn, you're old. Did your pop's fight the Red Baron? Lol
Some great innovation shown here. Good show.
Thanks for watching!
If I were a product developer, I'd definitely want your input Stan.
Stanley : "I wonder how much a drone like that could go for..."
Me: Hehehe I know how much a disgruntled crop duster could take that down for 😜
No competition with10 min run time
Still can’t get over how much Stan resembles Chris Jacobs from “Overhaulin”, first Dirt Monkey video I saw, I thought for sure it was him doing his own thing.
I attended with a badge and all - an REA show - big tree trimming big this and big that. Cool show.
Fantastic looking devices! More features then a new car. Who knew there was this much tech being added into lawn care and other business. If you have a need, why not. Go to more events!
Exciting stuff hehe 😁
Wow, someone from my city of Eden Prairie... crazy that they’d be all the way wherever this show was
Small world sometimes, right?!?
Wow that seat is genuis!
the verdo thing red yellow, is a seeder, slices ground drops seed into slot, roller closes slot, use in fairway golf course
blue joke maybe makes deeper slots for aeration
I think your right on both
Ha! Genadek is a better pitch guy than the official pitch guys!
I wonder if that Cub Cadet seat would fit on a Ventrac?
You never run out of questions. Good video.
Brain doesn’t let me lol
Subaru hasn't made small power equipment engines for several years now. Maybe Kubota bought their old equipment/tooling to make the engines? Kubota certainly didn't buy the company...
Only problem with the drones for crop dusting is the lack of payload, they can't carry very much chemical...
I hope ed Wright comes out with a new mower at the gie
Wow this is pretty awsome stuff
Agreed 😁
The blue attachment: In Ottawa, Canada we call it a slicer. The other one we call an overseeder.
I don't understand why someone would use a slicer that pushes the ground right back down (roller). Also, why would one use a large drum that would compact soil when overseeding? Soil compaction is what cities/municipalities fight on their sportfields all the time.
The slicer shouldn't ever be used on an irrigated field (One wrong move and there's a costly mess). We generally used a slicer on low-grade fields, i.e., ones constructed with 'rocky' soil.
Aerators are the preferred equipment. Please sometimes ask about being able to use the field the evening on the day one aerates because of the soil 'turds' everywhere. We followed behind with a machine that had a rotating spindle with 6" rubber coated cable pieces attached, which broke up the 'turds.' On the back of this attachment we had a 'flexible grate' which levelled out the loose soil and stood the grass back up.
Integrated turf management specialist.
Hi! Happy Friday! This show is pretty cool! Hope you have a good weekend! Stay safe!
Thanks brother & you too
Another Awesome video! Great Catch!
Thank you! Super stoked I got to be there
Cool stuff
😁😁😁
Very great video, some good toys to play with
You got that right
You had me cracking up with the South Park reference 🤣
If ya know ya know 👊
It's one of those asshole progressive digs at working people.
Ventrack seems impressive.quite a few attachments available. A bit pricey
John deere brought out lesco years ago. I didnt know lesco was still in business
I believe John Deere sold LESCO about 8 years ago or at least entered into a joint ownership.
the blue thing? dethatcher ? my favorite thing is the info i got from you about kubota buying out subaru industrial engines... i might now be able to get the subaru robin motor in my generator welder fixed cuz my timing chain broke...
Stan the Kubota sub compact loader I haven't seen one in my area yet
Had to go buy a mt100 because Kubota laughed in my face
But very happy with the mt100
I rather have the mt100
