@@anythingz4553 if you get nhmc during upgradation in the same round then only your money will be transferred to the college otherwise if you have got the admission into the college and submitted the fee and you want to take admission in other college in other round then your money will not be refunded (first of all you won't be eligible for the other round if you have took admission in first round)

See if you want to upgrade, go for it because this clg is almost 60km far from main city and there is network issue in this area. If you want to take drop good idea go for it👍
