If this lady completed SHS and had this very low level of awareness and vulnerability then it speaks to some serious deficiency in the educational system in preparing young people for life. People are just desperate to get on flights to anywhere that’s all. Most Ghanaians are naive of things around them and the world. In my days at sss we used to do some current affairs random tests so at leat we used to listen to news and read graphic pages.
We shouldn’t be quick to condemn the lady. Not all people know much about migration and all those travelling stuff. She is educated and there are lot of information but the misinformation is high. Her friend didn’t try because the friend knows what they do. Imagine someone at Twifo Praso, it is not a rural area but she might not be exposed with certain things going on. She needs help and those people should be arrested including her friend.
