Lahnyai is a Thai fine dining restaurant at the heart of Bangkok by chef Dimitrios Moudios. They present the essence of Thai royal cuisine in today's food culture.
Lahnyai honours the past and eating habits of the Thai royal families while still taking inspiration from its team travels and experiences cooking around the world.
Their chefs have closely collaborated and researched the development of different recipes and meals in the Palace throughout the past centuries. They have been tracking down books from royal servants but also cremation cookbooks from Princesses, sharing their and Kings favourite recipes.
