      For single length fabric, the difference in quantity of fabric to sew a garment is usually half inch; if 3 and half yards of double length will sew a top and trouser, then you'll require 4 yards for a single length fabric; If 2 yards of double length will sew an English shirt, then you'll require 2 and half yards if it's a single length fabric.

    Good day sir... Thank you for the class bt pls sir when a fabric is by 60 what does it actually mean ???

      When a fabric is by 60, it means it's a double length fabric; It has a longer height than a single length fabric which is usually by 40 to 45 inches. Double length fabrics can sew more clothes than single length

      I learnt both for female and menswear at the fashion Academy but i started specializing in menswear after 6 months.
