They're not DLC, Amazing Zaku and the other Two Mobile suits are Mobile Suit Add Ons for The MBNO PS4 Port. Even HDkarim and RPGkite said it in Twitter they're not DLC.

as a future dlc I wouldn't mind getting maxter since it's one step closer to the full shuffle alliance and he looks like a really fun character, another hardcore brawler type would be try burning gundam, both are good as we don't see that many units that are hand to hand specialists like them.
Dragon Spooker agreed dude, he looks super fun and he freaking sky walks. My only complaint is in exvs2 it looks like he can only use his blue mode(boxer) during his ex burst and then he's only in hyper mode on top of it, I love how it looks but it's kinda dissapointing you can't like switch between red and blue mode at will. I'd love to be able to just box people at will.
Wouldn't mind some suits from some of the newer Gundam Build series like Build Divers and Re:Rise as well. But, not sure if this is possible because this game is a port. The selection is really good though. Glad I can finally play season 2 00 suits!! Cool and informative video!

But hell, Gundam Versus had more DLCs after the initial three pre-order-incentives, so maybe we'll eventually get all four of your contenders and more in the end.
Of the 4 you mentioned I figure Lupus Rex and Narrative are more likely since they’re newer and all, but then again, maybe if there’s more DLC beyond these 3 which I figure is very likely, maybe they would space out the juicier MSes.
I'm really glad that they are adding split-screen to Gundam Extreme Vs. Maxi Boost ON. I don't own a PS4 so I won't get a lot of time with it and chances to get good at it. But since I could play with a friend this kinda makes it worth the purchase for me, since I could play casually with my favorite Mobile Suit with a friend. I would just need to find a PS4 to use. Heard the PS5 was going to be backward compatible, that could be an option.

Its a long shot but I'd personally love to see more stuff from the build series. Build, try, and divers all had some mobile suits with great designs and some interesting gimmicks to them.
I don't mind the idea of them adding aegis, and I absolutely agree with your reasoning for them too, but since they already featured him in gundam versus I think lupus Rex(kimmaris vidar is also a good choice) , narrative gundam, or maybe even core gundam from build divers re rise would be amazing additions(I'd personally love to see core gundam) and who knows, it may not just be 3 units we get for the game either, these could in fact be the first of many and I hope it will be.
I assume we'll get more than three characters. Which is why I mentioned I don't think we'll get Build characters besides the Zaku Amazing within these three, but I could see them coming down the line. I think its definitely going to be only one character from a series within these three.

If the game does well, I hope they'll continue to support the game for console players with more DLC in the future while also working on their arcade-only game. Although Gundam Versus had an expensive amount of DLC characters, it would be cool to see this game continue to be added upon for a bit longer than Versus did, especially since I think this game will have a larger player base and longer lasting community than Versus. The fact that they're adding characters even now hopefully means they're interested in adding more in the future instead of just making port and never updating it.

I'm really glad they added LAN in. This is huge for competitions. Also, we have 2 PS4s and it sucks to have to log onto a server to play when we are right next to each other and direct play is very stable. This is the full package!
Every year they release a new gundam game that most of the time put in mobile suites from almost every gundam series ever made. But the one Mobile suite I don't see being put in to this game or any of the other recent gundam games is the Mercurius from gundam wing. I know for a damn fact that there are tons of people who love that mobile suite too, so why is it that they never put it in, WHHHHYYYYYYYYYY!??!!???!!😭😭.
I'd wager on the Lupus Rex and Narrative being the other two roster freebies (Protagonist final upgrade and most recent movie promotion). In terms of actual VS 2 DLC Knight, Maxter, K Vidar, and a certain Italian's Asymmetric Wing Gundam would be more than welcome.

They come with the game. The stream where they announced Zaku Amazing did not specify they were DLC. The also showed off the new arcade mode opening for Gundam Build Fighters which has Zaku Amazing in it. It would be weird to have Zaku Amazing in the opening and have to pay for it to play it. So it's sort of safe to say the other two unknown suits will be part of the game's release as well. Also this video is a bit misleading and has a bit of misinformation. The developers have stated that there are no current plans for DLC as they want the game to be a complete package. Meaning there won't be paid DLC suits for a long while or at all. Sure there was DLC suits in the previous games, but it seems the developers want to keep the game's meta and balance as close to the final arcade version. They do not want to disrupt balance with DLC like with Extreme VS. Full Boost. Maxi Boost ON is the developer's baby in a way.
There are too many Seed characters in the game. I kinda want to have the full Shuffle Alliance of G Gundam as they are close combat machines. What about Gundam X characters?
Yes, I too would want the rest of the Shuffle Alliance from G Gundam added. It is like G Gundam gets the short end of the stick, though I'm glad we did get some more includes for them, like Schwarz Bruder's Gundam Spiegal and Allenby's Nobel Gundam.
@@SSJSonikku The problem is that the Gundam Spiegel and Nobel Gundam already existed since Gundam Vs Gundam Next which I saw in Next Plus on the PSP. The only G Gundam from the previous Extreme Vs from what I assume was Dragon Gundam. That's it and that's from years ago. The only real new suit from G Gundam is the Rising Gundam. That's why I'm even more upset with Seed getting too many suits even with the latest iterations. You look at the roster and 24 are from the Seed universe alone. The UC universe having a lot of suits makes sense but Seed is an alternate universe. No other alternate universe gets that much love even compared to 00 (which has a lot) and even Wing. X has the least amount of love with only 4 suits (even from Next Plus) while AGE and Turn A have 5 suits.

Imagine combining the close range martial arts and techniques of the Burning Gundam, the assault capabilities and speed of the Strike Freedom and the destructive power of the Wing Zero all in one unit and top it all off with 00's abilities and you have one ridiculously OP Gundam

I’d really love Narrative Gundam, loved the Narrative movie and it’s a decent Gundam that gets overshadowed by Phenex. Would have liked Phenex Gundam or they could hopefully promote Hathaways Flash with Penelope Gundam, but that’s wishful thinking probably
If this game ever gets dlc after release, it'd probably be suits that were already in versus and were ported to exvs2 such as virtue, aegis, kyrios, pale rider, etc. For the other 2 suits to be revealed, I'm placing my bets on Age-1 full Glansa and Lupus Rex since IBO and Gundam Age suits are already in the game. At this point, I doubt they'd introduce suits from a new series (for instance, try burning from build fighters try) as it'd make the game more and more similar to EXVS2. Also, they are all different in terms of cost with the Zaku being 2k, Age 2.5k and Lupus Rex 3k. It'd be pretty disappointing to get more 2k suits IMO. Also, if they made Lupus Rex a preorder bonus then I bet preorders will skyrocket lmaoo. Just my 2 cents :3
I don't think Rex will be a preorder bonus, though I wish he was. I wouldn't put past Bamco that they're gonna make us buy him at a bigger price than most of the other dlc's.

Does split screen confirm that we can play against bots pretty much since it supports offline Lan mode? Similar to how you could set it up in Versus?
I'd say so. You can do Branch Battle or Free Battle split screen.

Sure there was DLC suits in the previous games, but it seems the developers want to keep the game's meta and balance as close to the final arcade version. They do not want to disrupt balance with DLC like with Extreme VS. Full Boost. Maxi Boost ON is the developer's baby in a way.

There are too many Seed characters in the game. I kinda want to have the full Shuffle Alliance of G Gundam as they are close combat machines. What about Gundam X characters?
Yes, I too would want the rest of the Shuffle Alliance from G Gundam added. It is like G Gundam gets the short end of the stick, though I'm glad we did get some more includes for them, like Schwarz Bruder's Gundam Spiegal and Allenby's Nobel Gundam.
@@SSJSonikku The problem is that the Gundam Spiegel and Nobel Gundam already existed since Gundam Vs Gundam Next which I saw in Next Plus on the PSP. The only G Gundam from the previous Extreme Vs from what I assume was Dragon Gundam. That's it and that's from years ago. The only real new suit from G Gundam is the Rising Gundam. That's why I'm even more upset with Seed getting too many suits even with the latest iterations. You look at the roster and 24 are from the Seed universe alone. The UC universe having a lot of suits makes sense but Seed is an alternate universe. No other alternate universe gets that much love even compared to 00 (which has a lot) and even Wing. X has the least amount of love with only 4 suits (even from Next Plus) while AGE and Turn A have 5 suits.
@@rxzero00 ah that's right, I completely forgot about them being in the other entries. I'll admit, I too am a little annoyed with all the seed inclusions. Hopefully other alternate universes like like G, X, and Turn A get more representation in Extreme VS 2 onwards.
@@SSJSonikku Not while Bandai is in total control. Looking at model kits, Seed sold a lot of kits compared to G and X so Seed wins the popularity contest which Bandai sees in the end. It's unfortunate really.

The Turn A Gundam is pretty ridiculous with its stuff. Especially the Dark Age one.
Barring the Turn A, the Extreme II VS. Imagine combining the close range martial arts and techniques of the Burning Gundam, the assault capabilities and speed of the Strike Freedom and the destructive power of the Wing Zero all in one unit and top it all off with 00's abilities and you have one ridiculously OP Gundam
If they gonna add popular suit form exvs2 I think it would be these 3: Lupus Rex, Kimaris Vidar and Build burning because of the popularity in exvs2

Honestly I'd probably choose Lupus Rex and Narrative out of those if I were to choose. Tho honestly as much as new DLC is cool Im really hoping they don't go too ham on it. I remember just being overwhelmed by how much was pushed out for Gundam VS especially at its price point. Would be neat to get a unit that isn't in EXVS2 yet too like Gundam Phenex imo

So I would hope these 3 DLC Suit would be free for purchasing the game, and release most of Extreme 2 Suit for price DLC so we could get all of them! I’d really love Narrative Gundam, loved the Narrative movie and it’s a decent Gundam that gets overshadowed by Phenex. Would have liked Phenex Gundam or they could hopefully promote Hathaways Flash with Penelope Gundam, but that’s wishful thinking probably

If this game ever gets dlc after release, it'd probably be suits that were already in versus and were ported to exvs2 such as virtue, aegis, kyrios, pale rider, etc. For the other 2 suits to be revealed, I'm placing my bets on Age-1 full Glansa and Lupus Rex since IBO and Gundam Age suits are already in the game. At this point, I doubt they'd introduce suits from a new series (for instance, try burning from build fighters try) as it'd make the game more and more similar to EXVS2. Also, they are all different in terms of cost with the Zaku being 2k, Age 2.5k and Lupus Rex 3k. It'd be pretty disappointing to get more 2k suits IMO. Also, if they made Lupus Rex a preorder bonus then I bet preorders will skyrocket lmaoo. Just my 2 cents :3

I don't think Rex will be a preorder bonus, though I wish he was. I wouldn't put past Bamco that they're gonna make us buy him at a bigger price than most of the other dlc's.
I am very excited about this game, I am not so good in the saga versus but I play all the games of gundam and playing this game of 2 players will be great although I hope they put a dlc of my favorite gundam: Gundam Vidar, but I have a doubt this How different is the game from Gundam Versus? Sorry for my English, I speak Spanish XD
