Last year it took 7 months to get the refund.
There is no fix timeline from IT department to process the refund post the filling . It is very poor process and it shows how loyal our government and IT department for the tax payer.

Jab maine 2023-24 wala return file kiya tha last year to refund around 65 Days mein aya tha, aur jab maine 2022-23 wala file kiya tha to refund aane mein 10 months lage the. Dono ITR 1 the. Ab dekhte hain 2024-25 wala refund aane mein kitna time lagta hai .

Sir jo meine original return file ki thi uska refund aagya hai but meine kuch deduction show ni ki thi now mein revised return file karna chahta hu to kya mjhe jo refund wapis mil gya hai wo return krna hoga challan k through ya jo revised return mein refund milna hai usme adjust hoga...for example 10k refund mil chuka hai now mein jb revised return file kar rha hun to 20k refund dikha rha hai to kya jo already 10k mil chuka hai wo adjust hoga revised return mein and mjhe 10k milega ya mjhe jo already 10k mil chuka hai wo challan k through wapis dena hoga...plz reply

Mam i have a request to you that 2 yrs back i filed my ITR through an agent. During my first ITR my agent submitted my data which was incomplete means incomplete in my name. e.g. my name is Pavan kumar Bhai but when my data was submitted its Pavan Kumar and Bhai was left out. Therefore during my return i got remark saying mismatch name but i got the return anyhow. Mam where can i correct my name as my ITR agent can't do it. Please help me

Mam mere ifsc code galat bta rha . Maine refund request bhega but wo bhi failed ho gya. Dubara submit kiya hai hai.mam mera sabhi ifsc code and account same hai. Plz refund kab tak aayega.

Ma'am I had bought some VDAs last year. But did not sell. So I don't have any income from VDAs. But as TDS deducted is reflecting in form 26AS, I need to show it in a schedule VDA also. So what should I mention as 'date of transfer' and 'consideration received' in VDA schedule.
