Veg Handi Recipe | Veg Diwani Handi | Mixed Vegetable Handi with a detailed photo and video recipe. how do you stop the curd from curdling when added to the hot pan?
When you add curd, you should turn the flame to low and wait for 2 mins. High heat is the reason.
Alternate for Dahi?
Peanut curd. Or just increase tomato and add watermelon and cashew seed paste
