I have the Milwaukee but all my tools are Dewalt, do you recommend me buying the Dewalt one? I've seen some bad reviews about jamming or malfunction. How good has it been all this time?
I had the milwaukee. It hasn't been 6 months and it is completely dead. The deaalt seems like it is built better and will last longer. The Milwaukee is definitely more fragile. And I do cabinets I use my pin nailer everyday.
Basically what I noticed, you can’t use those with 1 1/8” long pins(that’s the size I use most) other lengths are ok so far. Big time design flaws on the magazine. Driver on the way back just pulls pins backwards and clip sits at the angle. Then obviously dryfires. Just can’t use 1 1/8” pins.
I have both of these and I love both of them equally. The dewalt has a small advantage by being able to fire 1.5” finish nails. Overall both do a great job.
It doesn’t make much of a difference for this type of tool as long as it’s not running low on charge. The small battery that comes with the Milwaukee can last all day.
NO, They have been trouble free. No even a miss fire, I would recommend Dewalts 3 or 4amp batteries that have the wide base. It never falls over.@@FlokiLothbrok
I have 2 milwaukee m12 drivers and tons of Dewalt tools, some 18v that is almost 20 years old. Used professionally. Dewalt still good to go and m12 dead AF.
I have a ton of Milwaukee tools. They can and do fail as people have mentioned here. This is expected when you move all of your power tool manufacturing to China. My M12 pin nailer gave up the ghost. I replaced it with the DeWALT pin nailer which is working...for now. At least the DeWALT is made in Mexico, which is not ideal but it's better than China where there is virtually no quality control. On to the Makita and Metabo next lol.
I can't talk about dealt, but Milwaukee is piece of junk. I bought 2 of them already and both constantly dryfires. I mean I use 1 1/8" and those clips always move after first shoot and seat at slight angle in magazine. The driver just dryfires. Shame, shame shame Milwaukee
@@jaival_rhaine No, I don't hate Milwaukee. I have whole bunch of M12 in my arsenal and I am happy with it. Just those pinners are not really tested properly before selling. It is ok with 1" pins and ok with 1 1/4". For me 1' is to short and 1 1/4" just a hair too long
thanks for the review, exactly what I have been looking for
DeWalt got a cooler phew phew sound. Lol
We knew which one you got to pick before you said it all you have. Is Milwaukee PAC out all the way around you.
I noticed this is your first video please do some more, you're doing a great job 👍
I appreciate your review and the feedback in the comments. I'll probably go DeWalt as I know the brand to be reliable . Not a dig at Milwaukee...

All of my other tools are DeWalt also, but I would 100% recommend to keep the Milwaukee 23g.

@@daniilrybin1062 I have 2 Milwaukee pinners and both became junks after 2-3 months of use. Constanty dryfires
Just get whichever u have the most batteries for. They are both top of the line.

Thanks for the quick comparison. I'm going for the milwaukee for the smaller size and lower weight.
I would like to know how they will do after 2000 rounds.

What about the performance with harder woods? Poplar is kind of a "middle of the road" hardwood
The dewalt reminded me of the dead space guns
I’m curious about bigger battery better or same?

nice video dude! keep it coming!! cheers!
Love dewalt👌🏼
I like the Dewalt so well I bought two.
Have you have any problem with them? I’m wondering how reliable they are.

@@craighatch3221 I’ll give it a try soon! Tnx for answering 😎
Good quick comparison

Why does the Dewalt and Mil sound different. It sounds like the Dewalt has to ramp up. What is the difference in mechanisms?
Can the dewalt take 1/2"/12mm nails?
No, 5/8” minimum.
The sound of the Dewalt is much more satisfying. The Milwaukee sounds like a stapler.
Prefer dewalt because of battery set up. One battery many tools. Milwaukee many batteries for different tools.
Dewalt really needs to step up their nailers so I can buy them, until then I'll wait
Buy both lol
Don't buy Milwaukee this RUclipsrs are giving false information. I had 2 Milwaukee's both failed they will not last more then 3-4 months.
That’s so true, dewalt last longer

Never happened to me.. it seems that you just hate milwaukee for no reason. If you have problem just return, the tool has 5 year warranty

They make a craftsman version of this gun
