Kyrgyzstan - Issyk-Kul coast frozen in 2018

The video was filmed January 27, 2018 in the area of the new beach, the city of Balykchy, Kyrgyzstan. There was a strong wind and very cold, around -18. But the wind seemed just horror. The lake itself, of course, is not frozen, because it is quite salty. However, the coast was well covered with ice. It was a pity that there were swans that swam nearby. Although, they say, the lake froze earlier. Even skating rolled....
