I remember when my sister and I got this. Used it once and it pretty much ended up in the bin at some point later.

I really wanted one of those when I was a kid to be able to make my own pogs and I was totally into collecting pogs at that time and still do want one by today.

I can't remember if I watched this when you first uploaded it or not but as you mentioned it in your latest pog video i searched it out lol. I'm glad i didn't have this as a kid cos god knows what stuff I would've destroyed to make different caps with. 😂 I guess the only way to stop them peeling over time would be to laminate them. What i would've done for some Spice Girls pogs in the 90s haha.

I had one of these, it was great, made loads out of pictures, magazines and comics, also used to turn them into a badge by sellotaping a safety pin to the back, cheap badge making kit.
Ahh good idea, didn't think of the badge thing, I think there was also a badge maker in the 90s. Yeah so many comics and magazines ruined because of this ha ha. Thanks for watching :)

Man, I miss pogs! I wish I didn't get rid of all my sweet pogs when the fad quickly died out. The Imperial "purple backs" were my favorite. Never did have the pog maker.

I believe I've just lost all of mine to other kids. Guess I was a bad gambler. And we always play without slammer because it's hard to slam few last caps. just picking up whole stack and slam it like a tower.
Never thought to slam the whole tower ha ha, well with last caps you use the "flipper" a thinner slammer that you use on the corner of the tower to try and flip them over rather than slam
When I was young I had a pog maker and one time I wanted to make a pog and ruined my brother's comic and when he found it out he throwed my pog maker of our balconi!

Dude I used to be king at the play ground, it was told around the school that if anyone went up against me they would definitely loose but if they didn’t accept my challenge then they would be somewhat excommunicated (we had a whole law system)

In 5th grade I had a picture of my crush and thought it would be a romantic gesture to turn it into a POG. The POG maker damaged the picture so I lost the only photo I had of my crush and POGLESS.

I ruined comics making covers for my school books. Used to cut characters out of comics and then use see through sticky protective thing for my book which would hold the picture in place.
I also ruined a Gameboy magazine cutting out Manga images for an art project.
Always wanted a Pog maker but never got one. I also find Pog Maker now and again in Pog lots on eBay or in Carboot sales
Oh yeah school book covers, I'd usually use a random poster for that. We destroyed so many magazines and comics not realising we would love to have them again as adults ha ha

Not really, they are just cool to collect. There are a few pog series that are rarer so worth a bit more but not loads

Did you know in the Philippines in some places kids still play pogs im a 12 year old girl and where i live some kids still play pogs including me though some of the rules change depending how you play

To make Pogs? Just get some cardboard, coloured pencils and scissors and you can make them yourself, lots of fun :)

I’d kill for a Mel c pog! Heating the pogs with a hair dryer then putting some weight on them might restick them a bit. I had a Pokemon master guide for the gameboy back in the day that I cut all the Pokemon out to stick on my wall... needless to say the book is ruined now

I had this as a kid. I made such garbage ones out of magazine clippings and things like that. Literally wasted all the blanks. It's funny how memories of things you regret are always so vivid.

I have a bunch of baseball & basketball cards with holes in them from turning them into pogs.... never knew about the refill backings though 🤣 or how to play the game. & we actually used some of them as caps for our old milk bottles cause we had 1 cow we milked on our little 40 acre farm. Needless to say the "pogs" didn't work the best as milkcaps without the refill backings. I just had fun punching out the faces of the cards I didn't care for much.
