Vince Gilligan is my favourite director of all time because not only is he a writing and directing genius but he just cares for the whole team, he's supporting them so much
More importantly, he gives credit to the whole team for their work in interviews and doesn't hog it for himself like many accomplished directors do. He understands that he's only one part of the process, even if he is *great* at what he does.
I think Betsy was so wonderful as Marie. I can’t imagine anyone but her playing that part. This behind the scenes shows why she’s so wonderful and such a beautiful person.
I met Betsy Brandt after the wrap party - all the actors are amazing (notably Anna Gunn and RJ Mitte) but meeting her in particular was so overwhelmingly genuine. One of the nicest and funny celebrities I'll ever know, thank you Betsy.

Marie was suppose to appear in Better Call Saul as a medical technician when Chuck was taken into the hospital (after hitting his head in the fall in the copy shop). It was decided it would detract from the serious of the situation and the idea was dropped.
I cried at Marie's final scene she doesn't realize at that moment that Skylar is with Walter already. We never get to see Skylar give over the information of where Hank' s body is. I always think of that Marie finally able to give her husband a proper funeral and how sad that must have been for Walter Jr as well who really looked up to Hank
When watching the finished product, it's difficult to imagine the focus needed by actors to bring their characters alive. Surrounded by people, like having the audience on stage in a play, they immerses themselves in the moment. Incredible and brilliant!
How heartwarming this was to behold. The other day I watched the video of the filming of Skyler White trying to stop Walt from kidnapping their daughter Holly and how emotionally draining that was for Anna Gunn. Personally, Marie was probably third on my list of least-likable Breaking Bad characters, but that’s only a testament to how skilled Betsy was at playing the part. Great job by every single actor on this iconic show, probably the greatest show in my lifetime

What a nice gesture, I've watched all of the other "final shot" videos and the main cast got their own giant poster with a vanity shot that all the cast and crew signed. A great memento and keepsake. You can tell they had some very good people working on that show.
Besides maybe Bryan Cranston.....Vince pretty much made every single one of there careers.......Anna Gunn was in Deadwood and The Practice but he made them all worldwide stars and helped the get hire pay grades

It was a really a means to an end. She gets caught stealing in the episode Open House. When she gets bailed out by one of her husband's associates, that very officer winds up prompting Hank to re-examine the Heisenberg case which he may very well have left alone otherwise.
