Hey, Louis! I don't know if this helps, but my family moved into a van last year and had the same issues that you're coming across in terms of land. What they ended up doing was staying at a national campground for most of the time and then travelling when they feel like it. Another option they considered, though, was buying property with a small house on it and renting out the house while they live on the land. Can't wait to see what you decide to do! Living in a van is an awesome experience and I've never seen my parents happier :) Hope this helped!
