Comments in here are a little harsh after watching this I think they styled the burger to their own culture. I personally did like that scrambled egg on the burger but not sure about that black sauce. They tried to make it American style but added an Asian twist. Don’t be so hard on these folks in the comments they tried.
I liked everything in this video except frying the seafood and vegetables together and the bacon not crispy. American style is well done bacon. Other than that this looked amazing.

Smash burgers exist in the US lol. I'm not sure what some of the sauces are but you can get burgers with weird toppings in a lot of places. Fried egg, bacon, avocado, tomato, and cream cheese is delicious on a burger.
Love Korean food, but that has to be the most un-American burger ever seen. The only place that really tops burgers with eggs is in Hawaii with a fried egg. Shrimp isn't common either. It's more common in Asia.

Like most videos, it’s made in extravagance. American restaurants and chefs do videos that way too. Nearly every restaurant I ate at in SK served the food fresh.

If the restaurant is slow then this really helps to extend the freshness of the bun. It’s only wasteful here because they made a ton of burgers.
