  • Construction workers in downtown Kaiserslautern unearthed an unexpoloded bomb dropped on Kaiserslautern by the Allies in World War II. A German EOD team was able to diffuse the bomb and transfer it to a safe location for a controlled detonation.

    That town is my birthplace.. My grandmother told me stories that she could see and feel bombs being dropped at night. She told me some scary stories about WW2.
