- West Virginia Baseball and North Carolina Baseball played in game 1 of the Chapel Hill Regional during the 2024 College Baseball Postseason. Super Regionals are a best of 3 series, with the winner advancing to the College World Series in Omaha.

The best part of my work as a RUclipsr is being able to provide coverage of sports that may not receive as much attention as they should to the large audience I have built over the years. Many of the sports I cover aren't posted by any other RUclipsrs, which makes this channel that much more important.
One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Cardinal rule to intentionally allow runner in scoring position. I think throwing off speed 3-1 3-2 would have been smarter

Watching Derek Clark was one of the most inspiring things I have ever witnessed live. That dude brought a superhuman level of effort. Insane to see someone be able to keep going full tilt with that kind of control running off of fumes.

Coaching here could have been better IMO. These aren't regular season games. He wasn't throwing a no-no or better.. so why not bring in a guy at the top of the 9th?.. change the tempo? Then you gotta walk honecut in that situation

Pitching staff was wrecked going into the series. Clark was channeling monk like superhuman focus and determination to try to give their bullpen enough breathing room to make it through 2 more games. It was a tough gamble for the coach, but it was not an unreasonable bet to stick with the devil you know. The reliever gave up a monster walk off HR while Clark's HRs were so close to staying in.

Never understand players reaching out with their gloves to tag the runner which allows them to slide under the glove. Just put the glove down in front of the plate and let them slide into it

A large majority of their losses have come from losing by 1 run and it didn’t roll their way. It’s nice to see some luck every now and then

Let me guess, you were ok with the cocky strut done by the WV pitcher every inning. I don't like any of it, but it's no longer the old men's world. These kids came up a lot different, just going to leave it right there. Good win for the Heels.
