Becky, I have just finished my first hand applique following your invisible stitch technique for left handed, it was haaard!!! as I had to reposition my fingers and hands, and undo years of practice! but it came out BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you! thank you! I am trying a variety of ways and as I told you in the other message I am preparing samples for my machines. I will not only try the blanket stitch on the Singer Brilliance but also the straight stitch with a beautiful stitcher, my beloved Singer 201 and the blind hem stitch with the lovely 17 years old Janome I have got. So, I started to watch all your videos and when this came up...that book! I thought...I was reading it on SCRIBD a few weeks ago..mmh, let me check! Well, I got loads of books of yours with my subscription! Well, let me tell you: you have a happy gal and a big fan here at the other side of the Pond, Durham UK! Thank you for all your are doing!
Hi Becky - what camera set-up are you using that lets you zoom in and out so quickly? I see you move your right hand to adjust it and it seems to auto focus very nicely. Thank you! I stopped quilting for a decade, but am back at it. I dragged my Flourishes set out of storage (4 done) and have 9 Cinnamon Stitches blocks done. I wish I could find your patterns as BOMs as I gave away (the horror) all of my other fabrics, with the exception of a few kits.

Thank you, Cometa, for that lovely comment! I hope you are having lots of fun playing with different ways to applique :-).

I am using a Sony Handicam (Handycam?) set up on a tripod in front of me. It does work very well and I'm happy that you noticed :-).
Thank you, extremely helpful and I will start using laminate instead of template plastic which is too thick.
your video is so helpful
