This world is unbelievably frustrating
It's the freaking camera controls, man. It's unfortunate, given how well designed the level actually is. It made this and Captain Hook's ship so beyond frustrating.
And it doesn't tell you where you need to go most of the time so you'll waste time going to areas that won't progress the level. We had no clues as to where the final battle would take place.

King Triton destroys the Trident Crystal to prevent them from revealing the Keyhole before Ariel swims sadly away, while he explains that Sora, and his companions are from another world and he tells them there is no place from his ocean for them or Sora's Keyblade too.
I love this level out of nostalgia but replaying it has been so damn frustrating
When Triton mentions the key bearer bringing ruin to worlds, is he referencing an event that happened in another game? I do not get why he would say that since the key hole prevents the heartless from devouring the world once it is sealed.
billythekid21able I think he meant the keyblade wars
Man its the only time in the series where Sora is told that having the keyblade is a bad thing, and that he should have stayed away from that world. Its an interesting dynamic and overall it would just be even more interesting to see if there were other worlds that had people that actually know what a keyblade is

Ursula's final battle pissed me off. It took me like an hour or so to beat her
Protip: Bring accessories with lightning resistance. That’ll reduce a lot of the damage she deals.

Unpopular opinion: Atlantica in KH1 really isn’t that bad. Yes the mechanics are frustrating but compared to most underwater sections in video games from 2002, Kingdom hearts did a solid job. I also think it’s subversive to see Ariel being both a princess and a combatant that fights alongside you
Well glad they didn't bring atlantica again in KH3 tho.. cuz most people are so done with that world lol
Currently playing Kingdom Hearts 3 and the creators did such an amazing job with the new Gummy Ship system. I didn't care for it in previous versions but enjoy it so much more now.

I'm having the exact same problem right now in my playthrough. Is this some sort of glitch where the dolphin doesn't spawn? I can't find it at all.
You need to kill all the enemies for the dolphin to show up.

How many attempts did it take you to beat the giant Ursula? I notice during the fight you had four Mega-Ethers but before the fight you equipped one Hi-Potion and two Elixirs.
it took me like 6 hours worth of attempts to beat her on normal difficulty.
@@haleytradescards It took me a while too, especially considering the fight takes a while anyway depending on the level you're at. Once I figured out that equipping Thunder Rings weakens her strongest attack with all the bolts, the fight turned out to be not so bad.

Okay guys can you help me. I'm stuck on the giant ursula. So I looked up on Google different things to help me fight her. And this one person said that it's optional but sometimes when you skip it you can't go to Neverland. For those who already finished the game is this true?
i went to never land and then to Hollow Baston and then at the end of all that i went last to Atlantica so yeah..

This world sucks. I cleared all the enemies to ride the dolphin. Then the dolphin just fucking vanished, looked everywhere for it. So I just restarted the game. Now I’m going to do this bullshit again and hope I can just get through this dumb water level

I always loved it too! I watch Regular Pat's KH channel as well and the fan consensus is that this world prioritizes magic over physical combat, evidenced by them taking our combos away and Ursula's cauldron needing magic to incapacitate it. It's super clever!

@@nickking3198 I think it also unlocks with Halloween Town and Atlantica or if you beat one of the two first. Also, to get to Neverland just go to HT or Atlantica first then choose Neverland.
