I have the smaller 3-shelf Harvest Right... For Ice Cream, do you still suggest a 6+ Hour Initial Freeze? Or can it be less duration? *currently running 6 hour freeze / 6 hour dry* THANK YOU for all of your videos, you have been so helpful!!

Depends on what it is. I would ask your health authorities over a phone call or email and see what they say. Throw out a hypothetical baked good and see what they say
Maybe. Its likely that you can get things to fall under a cottage food law. Like the people who sell baked goods at farmers markets
