I have Mag Blue CE28SL on my Sonic Grey Pearl FK8! It's a very unlikely color combo, but it works perfectly!

You forgot the best wheel for the FK8. 19" TE37 Ultra Track Edition II. The body style is too bulky for 18's.

White wheels look cheap, IMO. It visually hides the sharp edges of a forged wheel.

Depends on several factors. If you're hitting the track, auto cross vs street. And also what make/model you have.

245 or 255 wide for street use depending on vehicle.
You can easily fit 265 without rubbing on an FK8.
