hello, my toolbar for "mesh prep wizard" is grayed out. I can't select most of them, except curve wizard. Why is that? Help me please

The mesh prep command may not be available for a couple of reasons. The most common is when the file is opened without the ScanTo3D add-in enabled. If you go to File > Open, you may see file types like STL that can be opened by anyone, but with the ScanTo3D add-in enabled you'll see at the bottom another entry for ScanTo3D file types and it imports it differently. See if opening the same original file that way gets you the full command. Another possibility is that there is no mesh currently in the model, which would eliminate your ability to apply mesh prep to it. If you need additional help I recommend reaching out to your support provider, if you are an MLC CAD customer you can reach out at our website mlc-cad.com/technical-support/

Enable the ScanTo3D Add-in by going to Tools > Addins. If you do not see it, your license may not include this feature.
