Yes I am sure he is playing it in "CONCERT F". By playing it in D it becomes the key of F because the Alto Sax is an Eb instrument. Anyway if you want to play it in the key of D, the next chords would be G and A.
Ah right, my mistake, I am manually transposing every note for playing on the trombone, but I still wrote it out in the key of D.. I guess that just proves I need to polish up on my music theory a bit more. Cheers

Why did these instrument makers make it so tough? You not only have to transpose but you even have to use the bass clef. I also play bass, but never learned to read bass music. I just play by ear or by position and patterns. good luck, Joe.
