Women learn the hard way that they DO need a man

- Hey guys! Today we are talking about women that like to proclaim "they don't need no man" but find out the hard way that they DO. Some women make the mistake believing they can do everything themeselves... I give 3 good examples of women that are making this EXACT mistake. Let me know if you agree or disagree!

We live in a rural community. My daughter called me because she forgot how to check her oil. I told her to go to dollar general and open her hood and a guy in a ball cap would be right there to help her. She argued that there was no attendant at dollar general. I repeated my instructions. She called me back 5 minutes later…she was still fiddling with the hood latch when someone asked if she needed help…yes he was wearing a ball cap.
LMAO this is priceless!
Yep...
I don't even know how too either but a few hours with some google research I'll get the hang of it. Never understand why they're distress when car problems happen.
Strong and independent.
Ooo. Dollar general, hood up. Noted.
Why didn't they wait for a bear to come help them? I thought bears were safer than men? What happened?
I just heard that AAA will be replacing the service crews with special trained bears to take the calls to change tires and stuff for the lady's on the side of the road...

The delusion wore off
there is a video circulating of a woman on a train,
she is complaining about how none of the men sitting in seats,
will stand to let her sit down.
she approaches one man and says, "are you going to stand up so I can sit down".
he replies, "do you believe in equality?"
when she replies yes
he smiles and says " well there you go".
and goes back to his phone.
Actually he tells her to F OFF.
As a Self-Defense instructor I always hear many women say "...I'll just run away". Men can run too, often faster than women.
And MUCH stronger. I took a self defense class and it was very difficult to hit the “cupped” male instructor in the groin, with the palm of my hand. But he helped me to overcome it. Thank you for helping we women, feel more competent-confident if the situation should ever arise.
I read about a middle aged woman nurse, who defended herself from a man who had a knife, and was paid to kill her in her own home, by her ex husband. She killed him. What I learned from her situation is to “stay close,” body wise.

This seems like a good place to tell this story. I'm a truck driver. Earlier this week I was delivering a small order of water heaters to a plumbing supply store. The unloader was a fairly young girl, probably college age, and some of the water heaters, weighing about 50 pounds each, were double stacked. She asked if I would help her get them unstacked, which I did. The genuine gratitude she showed, and the way she was chatting with me, have kept me thinking about that 20 minutes all week. I'm used to young women treating me as a threat by default and getting away from me as soon as possible, even when all I'm doing is standing there. She treated me like I was valuable and worth getting to know a little bit.
It seems like the young lady was the result of good parenting. There are some good people in the world. It seems like you're one and you met one at the plumbing store.
@@mwalshisme Seems that way. I plan to keep an eye out for another load to that stop.

@@mwalshisme any man can be a deadly threat to a woman and unfortunately I have heard stories of everything from movers to guys masquerading as plumbers. BUT all that said in my time on this earth I believe in innocent until proven guilty. I had a man help me lift things I was well able to myself just to make the day easier on me and in return I made him a loaf of homemade cheese bread so loaded it I put 3/4 a pound of cheese in it. 65 year old male here. Over the last 20 years I’ve encountered a number of male Mountain Bikers in the backcountry with equipment problems. In most cases I just ask if they had everything they need to make the repair. I asked the same question of a young female rider with a flat tire. She said said yes, and I carried on, but I passed the same location an hour later and she was still there. Turned out she has no tools at all…so I bailed her out. I’ve helped, and been helped, by other male riders without issue. On the flip side, I broke a chain once and had forgotten my repair tool. A young woman who came across me walking out was proud to offer me use of hers…well raised lass.
Nice super-rare occurrence!!
Referring to women as 'females' is sexist garbage
One way men protect women is by preventing them from doing stupid stuff.
Woman in the second clip clearly forgot wear her sign.
Men: We need to save you from yourself.
Women: Thats controlling and woman hating!
Men: Sigh, fine self-destruct, but you are now blocked.
Can't even do that. If you tell them they're about to do something incredibly stupid you get accused of 'mansplaining' and/or being horribly sexist. So nine times out of ten you have to watch them do it, and then try to fix the mess afterwards. And saying 'Well, I did try to tell you...' is only going to make things worse.
@@Haawser The only way a women will listen to you, is if she respects you.

Never ever touch or attempt to fix a female’s car. Ever! A work colleague, stopped to help a ‘lady’ broken down at the side of the road. He successfully got her rolling again. On be known to him, she had recorded his license plate. Several week later he received an attorneys letter seeking settlement for allegedly causing damage to her vehicle. She was looking $2,300. The issue had been the alternator belt was slipping and not charging the battery sufficiently. He adjusted the alternator and tighten. She was claiming he had damaged the transmission, and claimed it needed to be replaced. Although, my work colleague doesn’t believe the alternator belt was deliberately loosened, I don’t think it is far fetched to believe this was a deliberate action, to try and get a new transmission and install costs covered. In the end he actually paid $1,000 to be done with it. He’ll not be so quick to stop and help next time. That’s a sad indictment of many younger women and society as a whole.
Greasy
She tries that on me, my community will cost her much more than anything she asks or ever receives.
Wow that's horrible
Yeah your BS anecdote isn't turning me into a puss.
That is why as a society, we are crumbling. The more these things happen, the least people will help other people. And it's really sad since at some point we always need someone.

I have also pulled over to ask people if they needed help. It's not pulling over to help a woman, it's pulling over to help anyone, just being a decent human being.
Yep, back in the day when I could help, it was pretty much only men I pulled over to help - mostly because they were the ones who drove the sheds of cars which broke down!
Had guys stop to help clear branches from the road after a storm. Had to do something to clear it after I saw a woman drive through the elderly neighbors lawn to get around.
I carry a bunch of tools and such in my trunk for just such occasions. Reminds me of the survival island experiment, men fishing having a glorious party basically on holiday, the women wet, cold hungry, arguing all the time, when they are not crying.
The women were also half an inch away from being pulled for medical dehydration.
best was the one washing her hair in the bucket with the little amount of drinking water they had.
There are multiple survival shows that have done this sort of experiment.
Mixing them together confuses the situation. Most of the famous clips come from Bear Grylls' The Island Season 2 (the uk version of the show). Its worth tracking down the full season.
Actually, the men had lots of problems too, like not being able to get enough food. There was one guy who was actually good at fishing and made up the bulk of the group's food, and actually refused to fish for them at one point due to drama.
Starvation was also still a constant threat, and while they did do astronomically better than the women, it's still like saying you only got third-degree burns on just your foot instead of your entire body.
Also, they killed a crocodile but didn't know how to preserve it, so they lost the majority of it to rotting.

Fucked it up and found out. As a man I have absolutely no problem asking other men or even women for help when I need it, I try to be as independent as possible, but we live in social groups for a reason.
Men of my generation worked hard to develop ourselves to be self reliant. We sought out and accepted the mentorship of the men and women who could teach us what we wanted to learn. We became self reliant, truly self reliant. Men of my generation could judge accurately our limits and will ask for and accept help when needed. Most often we ask for help up front so we usually avoided being an emergency that we required rescuing
I'm also a man, and I have sought out information from people more knowledgeable than I. I have a couple of buddies who know weird esoteric stuff. And it's great because it's DIFFERENT than the weird esoteric stuff that I know! But I also know some women who are smart enough to help me think through certain problems, maybe having to do with finance, taxes, household chemistry, and weird biological stuff that hardly anybody needs to know anyway. And I must be doing okay because I still have both eyes, both ears, and all of my fingers and toes. Yay for avoiding limb-loss!🤣
'A I don't need no man turns into a I don't need no car real quick." Just perfect. Classic Emily. Nailed it like always.
I have been treated poorly for decades by women and I reached a point that I stopped caring. It doesn’t help when I am repeatedly told how terrible I am and how unsafe women feel around me. It got so bad that I finally gave up about 10 years ago that I left the country. I live, very happily, in Latin America where women act the way I remember in the 1970s.
I'm an adult man, my sister is an adult woman. To your point, I agree. Some of these basic skills like changing a tire, checking/changing the oil and coolant, etc, should be required to be able to drive.
I refused to let any of my kids have a car to drive until they could demonstrate to me, checking the fluids and add fluids in their proper place, and to change a tire..
No exceptions.. since we lived near the mountains and my truck was a standard, if they wanted to drive it that had to learn the stick and be able to start in the middle of the hill in the driveway, and demonstrate to me they could go up the hill from a dead stop on gravel, and take off without spinning the tires.. I would demonstrate 5 or 6 times before letting them use it. There was a hill in town on pavement that stressed my ability to not roll back ... the oldest girl had her grandpa teach her to drive after she was 18.. she finally learned stick on the column.... sitting with her ways made me nervous .. my oldest son took over 3 hours going up the hill before he mastered it.❤

"A World without Men: An Analysis of an All-Female Economy" ~ Aaron Clarey
A grim prospect, indeed.
Good luck, ladies.
The closest example in modern reality is Rwanda. Because of genocide, the country lost a lot of their men. The men were either killed or ran away as guilty perpetrators to neighbouring countries. the gender ratio became 7:3 (F:M), even 8:2 in some parts of Rwanda. The women left behind had no choice but to take on the work that men do, to rebuild the country. . I'm sure it was hard for those women. It's not something we want for the world.

As a man, the biggest thing that makes me roll my eyes about women who say, "I don't need no man" is that even as a man, I need other men. I need other people in general. Nobody can do it all. We're a civilization for a reason. :) in general, these women run into the same issues that anyone who says, "I don't need help from anyone" runs into.
Well said.
100% Very smart. Thank you for saying it this way. Beautiful.
Men want to help women as a default however women have pissed us off calling us useless and saying they don't need us for anything. So that's what we're doing until women wake up & just appreciate us for the stuff we do for them..
What seems to be a side effect though is young men getting used to not dealing with women, and liking the feeling. They get a taste for the free, drama less existence and then refuse to go back to any kind of serious relationship. Until there is a major paradigm shift in our culture, this trend will only continue.
I don't care anymore even if women woke up or not, the damage is already done. If someone helped them I really don't care I am not responsible over anyone thank God.
I don't need a man, until I need a man.

I love your videos because you are laying bare the truth about the relationship between men & women, their differences and their positive interconnectedness - and some of our social misconceptions about their interdependencies. My wife and I were together for almost 40 years (before her passing from cancer) and we were aware of our lack of ABSOLUTE NEED for each other - BUT we knew that being a couple, in good times and not, had a positive total effect on our lives, our children and our friends. Although not 'perfect', our lives were definitely more complete and whole.
I agree most women do not realize how strong a man is compared to them. My wife is in awe of my strength compared to hers.
First one is so full of it. I am a man, almost 60 and outside of very basic things I would not know how to fix my car on the side of the road. But my first reaction would not be to setup my phone and make a video crying for TikTok it would be calling for road side assistance, like a normal well balance individual would do.

Exactly that’s why it’s obviously just a set up.
Also why this channel is questionable to me. Sorry. Emily is doing damage here. This is not a fair representation of how all women react. Many would do exactly as you say. This is a terrible example. We need to stop polarizing the sexes. We all bring something to the table. It shouldn't be about whether you are female or male. There are jerks and idiots in both genders and the opposite in both genders. It is about the person. Period.
This captivating video triggers a flood of painful memories from the end of my 5-year relationship just three months ago The woman I loved with all my heart chose to walk away , leaving me grappling with an insurmountable sense of loss . I think it's sad that some women say "I don't need no man". Because the truth is, men want to be helpful, even to complete strangers. Me personally, it makes me feel good if i can give someone a hand and help them out. The other day a complete stranger asked me to grab something off the top shelf. The pleasure was mine to do it.
I would never trust a random person to help me if my car broke down. Especially if it's at night.. Not only for safety reasons, but how do I even know if he knows what he's doing??? Not calling a professional would be foolish

Men if you are alone DO NOT stop to help a broke down woman on the side of the road. The Risk is to high she can tell the cops anything

She was like who in their right mind would do that? I said honey look around. Pretty much everything you see every tall building, every powerline, Every water tower, cell tower, sewer, and all that was built by men. She was like yeah, but it’s so dangerous. I was like yeah, but it pays good, which is why they do it. She asked if I had ever done something like that and I said yeah and a lot of guys have. It takes a lot of people to build all the stuff around us and not everyone makes a lifelong career out of it so just out of the sheer amount of “dangerous” jobs and added in people who did it but chose a different career path, yeah there’s A LOT of guys that have done dangerous work. If there wasn’t then society wouldn’t function.
Ooh yeah now I remember why we were watching that guy replace his own roof. Cuz I gotta replace mine after that hail storm last month. Can’t afford to pay a company to do it but the insurance at least covers the cost for materials. Gonna have to “figure it out” as it’s often said on this channel. I don’t have any experience with installing asphalt shingles but I’m gonna have to figure it out. Don’t have a choice. It’s either that or let rain water destroy our house we worked so hard to get. After I watched that RUclips video of that guy doing a job way harder than the job I have to do I know I can do it if I just stay persistent. You should have seen the roof that guy had to replace. He had to tear out the plywood and replace it and everything. Like that man is a role model to me after watching that video. Ultimate badass. I’ll see if I can find the video

Well said sir!
My niece was that woman , who needs a man, well last Saturday, I get a call at 230am it's my niece, Savannah is a very strong independent woman, but she was crying ,asking me to come help her fix her car, she was 35 miles away , but I got there in 40 minutes, I kept her on the phone to keep her from panicking and just to make sure she was ok. It was just a bad battery cable and luckily I had a spare brand new set, I changed them both for her , and she hugged me so tight and for a long while, she cried Simon my shoulder , now she gives men the credit we deserve . Love my VanVan
when I tell a woman that some of the things women say is offensive to some men, or that some of the things they do, make some men uncomfortable, the most common response I get is: "I don't care" and they say that with so much pride. I see that women are very expressive if a man's words are offensive to her, or if a man's behavior makes her uncomfortable.
Yeah I work in Canada in a mail processing plant. It's the women who consistently refuse to lift the heavy parcels and expect someone else (ie. a man) to lift it for them, usually resentfully. We were supposedly all hired on gender-parity-basis with the condition that each employee can lift 50lb, but since anyone can cry "health and safety" as an excuse for not doing something, that's just not how it works in reality.
I work at an electronics recycling warehouse, and it is the same here.
You guy's do women's jobs? What a bunch of pathetic simps 😄
@@SanchoPanza-wg5xf
Well men, are naturally physically stronger than women. It’s how we’re made.
Here in the US the maximum weight the postal service and UPS would accept used to be 70 lbs. Then they started putting women in the sorting, loading, and delivery positions. The maximum weight limit dropped to 50 lbs. Hmm, I wonder why if women are equal to men in every way.
@@KittyGrizGriz Thanks, but we knew that already. Thats NOT the point. The point was they were hired with the understanding they could do the ENTIRE job, including the lifting, that they wont do.
In 2022, my dad was very proud of the 2 young men he had raised. We were in the truck on the beach when we came up behind a woman who had stalled out in the sand. He didn't have to say a word. We hopped out and helped push her car out as well as gave her a few pointers to avoid getting stuck again. She thanked us profusely and the thing that stuck out to me was my dad was just so proud! Saying something along the lines of "I knew I raised you right."
Also, I'm not gonna pretend it doesn't go the other way sometimes too. God made Eve because Adam needed help. Genesis 2:20 says "The man gave names to all the tame animals, all the birds of the air, and all the wild animals; but none proved to be a helper to the man" and right after that, God makes Eve. Women need us, but we need them too.
The word Helpmate is an English approximation of a Hebrew word that means an equal helper.
"none proved to be a helper to man" Hold on there God, there has never been greater helpers to man that dogs and horses, they are God's greatest gift to mankind.
Men need women like a bird needs a bicycle. 😅
Amen, bro.
Amen brother, Amen 🙏 🙌
I have seen also a vid where an elderly men stares at a woman doing the same exercise with 192 lbs. when she looks up, (almost) offended, he cheers her on and says “No way I could have done that, go on girl, you got it!” And respectfully turns away after that.Showing that some men look in awe at the achievement, not at a “piece of meat”. That’s also gym etiquette.
The elderly man probably still got kicked out of the gym. Why? Because the woman isn't interested in being noticed by elderly men even in a non-sexual admiring way. They only appreciate interest in being noticed by men they might consider sleeping with. Women want to be noticed only by men they themselves are interested in. Everyone else is, "Ewww. Toxic!"
A few weeks ago, I saw a car ahead of me with an obviously flat tire. I got up beside it at a traffic light to inform the driver... And saw a woman around 30 with short bright green hair, a sleeve tattoo up her arm, and a nose piercing. NOPE NOPE NOPE!!! I drove away.
Next time I pull over and get out of the car and ask “do women need men?” If she says no then I go back and sit in my car and leave.
Dont even stop, she would say anything for free help and will call all men trash after you leave
Only a fool expects hearing the truth from a woman. Just assume she is a feminist and dont help.
So nowadays when I see women in trouble, I don’t help them anymore. Why is she recording herself ? I wouldn’t record myself if I in trouble….. it’s humiliating.
Men don’t need women.
Women need men. That’s the true.
Humans need each other, there’s the truth.
It does make you wonder why they are recording it. To put it on Social Media most likely. But with their spin on it.

I love it, Emily! It's so refreshing to watch and listen to a woman who GETS IT!
That second woman with the car really pisses me off. True, she doesn't need a man, she needs someone to teach her basic reading skills. The cover for the oil is labeled, "ENGINE OIL ONLY," has the same picture of an oil can as on the oil pressure gauge in the car (although, some newer cars omit that gauge), and has the oil type to be used. The washer cap is labeled, "WASHER FLUID ONLY," and again has the same picture as the one in the car to activate the washer spray. Two seconds to read and she wouldn't have made that mistake. But what really gets me is this guy helps her out, and she has the audacity to say, "I'm recording and I have a witness." Really? That's how you treat someone helping you out, as if they are trying to harm you or your car? This is a prime example of why men don't help random women out anymore. If it had been me I'd have handed her back the oil pan drain plug, stated, "I'm done, lots of luck finishing up," and walked away.
It was a good thing that she recorded it... It would be hard to think someone cold be so silly..... Then again about 20 years ago a lady put hot coffee in the middle of her legs from a fast food place and drove off.. She popped the cup and burned her self, and now we need the warning signs "Caution hot" on coffee lids *smiles and shakes head with a deep sigh*
@@jonathanbair523 That woman got 3rd degree burns to her legs and groin. She had to have serious medical intervention. She had to have physical therapy. Her daughter had to quit her job to help care for her while she recovered. The scenario you're referencing is not at all an example of a silly situation. The coffee was kept at 180-190 F. That's hot enough to cause 3rd degree burns in 3-7 seconds. McDonald's had been previously told that their coffee was too hot and they ignored the issue. There's no reason for a drink to be kept that hot. It's not necessary to make it. It's not necessary to store it.

Like many men, as a guy who’s been working on engines and all things mechanical since I was 11, I definitely know the frustration of that awkward part that refuses to budge. All things plastic on a car are of course just nasty, but few jobs threw up a more difficult obstacle than the tapered pin holding the gear change mechanism on on the gearbox of the SAAB 99 who’s engine I was removing back in 1985.
Yes, I’m sure the air was blue with choice oaths, but the temptation to cry or give up was obviously never an option.
And because it was pre internet, and the Haynes manual didn’t identify the pin as tapered, and definitely didn’t specify which way it had to be removed, my frustration level was so high that I almost asked my dad for his advice.
But after an hour lying on my back under the car that was precariously propped up on bricks, with no room to swing a hammer, I eventually drifted it free, using the third improvised punch that I made out of an old screw.
Of course I lay there in all the grease and ten years of road dirt, and just laughed my head off.
There ARE girls who have similar experiences, and who are able to apply a similar mindset to such situations. But they are rare, very very rare indeed. And that’s probably how it should be. However, if I ever meet one, I may keep her.
Peace 🏴
I reached the point in my life where I realized I that none of the women in my life had ever loved me. I was just a source of money and labor. In 2010 I severed my last relationship and have totally avoided women since then. My life is much quieter and drama free. I don't miss any of them.
Same here. I have many more lady friends than men. What's amazing is the many of them come to me for advice, regarding survival, politics, firearms, etc. Of course I tell them my opinion.

Saw one recently where the man and his lady engage in play wrestling, and how he always lets her just barely overpower him. She was bragging about how strong she was and that he couldn't win a wrestle. He then proceeded to comprehensively pin her down in about a second flat - and she was shocked! Then she was hurt and upset, once she realised he'd been humouring her by letting her win previous tussles. Big reality check for her.
Many women trained in Martial Arts eventually come to that realization.
When Ernest Hemingway was married to Martha Gelhorn and lived in Cuba, he said once that when they played Tennis he had to win by a small margin or she was insufferable.
Very true! My girlfriend ran her mouth about how I was 66 now and could not do anything with her. She said it one time too many so I snatcher her up and lifted her over my head. After walking with her over my head for about 10 yards and her begging to be put down & apologizing,...I put her down and went back to working on my car. She had to get greasy hand prints off her arm & her butt but she changed her attitude from then on.
Spot on! I have seen worse situations personnally! I hate it when my "I told you so's" display themselves so eloquently!
I'm a straight man, and even I sometimes need a man 🙂.
Agreed. Other men know some shit that you don't. A good example is that my dad is more mechanically inclined than myself so I let him do his thing and try to learn if I can. I'm more technologically inclined so when I'm tinkering with his or my computer, I let him watch and explain what went wrong. We all have different skill sets.

Back in the 80s I saw a stranded young lady with her hood open and smoke or steam just rolling out of it. I changed direction on the highway and pulled up behind her. She was on her way from Ohio to PA to go to college. Turns out she had blown a coolant hose 3/4 inch. I just so happened to have brand new hose of that exact size in my trunk and spare coolant. So I got to work changing her hose and put in the gallon of coolant I had. It was still not enough so I told her to sit tight until I got back and went and filled two gallon coolant containers to get her on the road again. I git her all fixed up. Checked her other hoses and advised to get them all inspected by a qualified mechanic when she got to college. She tried to pay my but I told her no thanks. If it were my wife or little girl stranded, I would want a good man or lady to stop and help them no questions asked. In this day and age though, I'm not sure I would, because of false accusations and so much man hating going on. And hell, now days you never know if it's a setup! It ain't worth the risk anymore. The *eminists created this. Let them deal with it!
When I was a young woman in the late 80s through 90s I had all sorts of car problems on the side of the road.
Back then, there was no cell phones. Although my parents gifted me with AAA, I had to get to a phone to use it.
I had 7 flat tires. (I drove in industrial areas for a living. Back then, we had to bypass our destination & turn around.) My dad had taught me to change a tire. I changed 3 myself, strangers helped with 3, & AAA did 1. Of course, those strangers were all men.
With cell phones, it may not be as necessary anyway. They can call for help.
It's not so much that the woman might make a false accusation against you where there are no witnesses. It's that her boyfriend might be lurking in the bushes where there are no witnesses, with a gun to jack your car as soon as you get out of it.

The oil cap even says oil on it. The steering fluid cap says steering fluid. The car comes with a maintenance manual.
If the cap was put back on incorrectly it will say "710" instead of OIL...
I am standing outside the tire department at Costco. Costco used to put air in customer tires for free. Then, it became too expensive for a guy to stand there all day putting air into tires and no revenue. So Costco put an air pump outside. Customer after customer, male and female, old and young. Most did not know what the tire pressure should be and were unaware that every car has a metal plate that says what the air pressure should be. Helplessness is nothing new.
Looked like she was pouring washer fluid into the oil to me. Power steering fluid is normally not blue and is more viscus, in the vehicles I have used it with steering fluid was ATF so another oil. Still not great in the engine but would be less harmful than washer fluid which is more like water and has cleaners in it.

Emily, this first video clip was hilarious to me. First, I rolled my eyes and then it dawned on me: This is exactly how my ex is when she has car problems but without the crying; she just gets angry.
Once she called me while I was on the way to work to assist her because she had a flat tire. She prefaced the request by leveraging the children. “But the kids are with me and they have to get home for lunch!” All I did was take the stuff she had on board to use and swap it out for her spare donut. She could’ve done it, but she wanted to waste my time. Do you think she bothered to allow me any bonus time with my kids? No. She kept them in the car as if I were a shopkeep turnscrew she was hiring to do roadside service.
There was another occasion where I was picking up my kids at their house and when I arrived, she was struggling with the process of replacing her wiper blades on the same vehicle. Rather than ask during her growing frustration, she got frustrated to the point where she threw them on the ground and stormed back into the house, presumably to get a tool? I have no idea because by the time she got back, she had new windshield wipers installed on her car. She uses her little tirades as a way to manipulate me into doing it without asking properly like a human being. She does this because she knows I will make sure the car she uses to drive my children around is safe. Despite being a PhD level university professor, she’s still not mature enough to ask as an adult.
That said, she DID sort of ask me to do the brakes on the same car. Sort of because she still passive aggressively got me to suggest doing the brakes at home by whining about how every shop wanted too much money to do the work. I told her brakes are easy to do. But she pushed and eventually held being able to see my kids over my head until I agreed to be the one to actually do the work. Because I am poor, unhoused, and know how to repair things with her being the one holding the cards, has a house…etc, She knows she can manipulate me by using the children as tools to do it. She is a special kind of stupid PhD and one of those people who does not believe she needs a man, except for the fact humans are not capable of parthenogenesis…yet. But once I served that role as genetic material provider for her desired perfect number of two children, I was fired from my husband role. But dear poƃ in heaven, don’t have a vehicle emergency or any kind of mechanical emergency because holy ʇıɥs! Then I’m needed again. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That's another good reason to get married early. When you've both got nothing and you're faced with the challenge of building a life together, you work out pretty quickly which of you is willing to solve one class of problems vs the other. In general, wives are quite willing to defer dirty, heavy, and outdoor chores to their husbands; husbands are quite willing to defer tedious, delicate, indoor chores to their wives. Both sides win.

I am a professional mechanic and have been for 30 years. When I worked at a Ford dealership, you would be amazed at how many diesel engines we had to replace because women filled the tank with gas instead of diesel fuel.
You can put diesel in a gas engine and it will not hurt the engine. It won't run but it also won't hurt the engine. Now, gasoline in a diesel engine will be ok as long as you don't try to start it and have it towed to a shop and get all the gasoline out. But, it never happens that way. Many of the trucks were brand new too. 15k the customer had to pay. I've also seen the washer fluid in the engine. I've seen cooking oil poured in the engine because their car was out of oil and they had the cooking oil in the kitchen. They told me like they were proud of themselves for thinking of that. I've seen women who bought a hybrid and never put gas in it after the first tank ran out. They had it towed in because it stopped running. I kid you not, they thought the thing would just keep running forever.
This all goes back a man, though. If they had a dad, why didn't they teach them basic car maintenance?!?!
Granted, I had to tell my dad to teach me (1985ish). It wasn't his idea. But he literally glowed when I mentioned it. It was great father/daughter bonding.

I dislike gender stereotypes full stop. So rather than asking for a "man", I taught the girls to ask "does anyone here have a better idea", (I've helped raise 6 girls, none of whom were my biological children). My truth is assuming men know about cars is just as "not OK" as assuming women don't know about cars. Also, if I am in a position to support someone, I use that as a learning opportunity and do my best to explain my thinking and approach so they will not need support if the same thing happens again. I feel like a parents job is to make themselves redundant, and I follow to same principle any time I offer a lesson.
Not knowing how to do something is one thing, but hostile ignorance on social media is another. The worst part is that, in modern cars, it states on or around the oil cap that it is engine oil and what type to use. As you can clearly see in the video. All I am saying is don't let pride get in the way of doing something properly. She could have gone to any parts store and the people behind the counter would have told her where to pour the washer fluid. Expensive mistake, but hopefully she learns from it.
Mechanics need work; they have families to feed. Pour whatever into the oil fill until it runs out the top. * non flammables ONLY!
And to threaten the dude as he saves you from your own stupidity/hubris.
@@dewardroy6531 Wiper fluid is flammable. That mistake could have had dire consequences.
"Hostile ignorance" goes straight onto my top 5 list of terms I hope to use in a future conversation. Thank you!
@@jonprince3237 no worries, glad to help!!!
That last guy didn’t help that girl in a respectful way. Men feel instinctively compelled to help women in distress. Helped her while simultaneously being terrified of being misunderstood
My "She don't need no man" woman timed it perfectly.........After building , on weekends, a study, with a garage and a kitchen for her ....she decided she didn't need a man....within 2 hours of receiving a signed off permit from the local building inspector that the structure was finished and up to code....The cunning was absolute and ruthless.....Wish I had never employed my construction skills nor my time.....
Whew, that's cold.
@@aaronburdon221 Towards men , women are cold & ruthless.
That's their nature , men are only , at best , mere utilites to women , nothing more. In her view , you served your purpose & were predictably discarded.
Chivalry is dead and women killed it

No, not really.
@@KittyGrizGriz Well, many would disagree with you

How did “women kill it?” In your own words, please as I’m a curious kitty… 🐈⬛…
@@KittyGrizGriz Nah, your attitude already exemplifies what makes it true.

Oh, the ole avoidance tactic because you don’t know what you’re talking about, or you’d explain yourself. I asked a simple direct question yet you can’t answer it, and instead, choose to put me down. Someone’s seriously lacking emotional intelligence and confidence, these two qualities are what make a man very, very attractive to women. Good Luck!
