If you look closely on the top of the thorax, you can see a pair of scars where her wings once were, also the general size of the thorax, workers thorax is level with their head, while the queens one is bigger
Did you find them in the morning or 8:30 at night? I have wild M. brevinoda at my place and I see the workers out hunting at night. I have just made a video of this.
