As a woman in tech , I experience such people across gender. It’s a human nature , the best course of action is to talk about it. And make your reports air tight , these leaders need to be stopped . I lost a few years and a lot of my confidence from my 20s because of a woman like that. Good luck
I had a manager who dated another manager and when they broke up, she targeted and made all of the friends of the other manager leave, one of them was accused of fake sexual harassment. I was one of the friends of the other manager, and, she assumed I was having an affair or something with him, so she targeted me too. She yelled at me for stuff in front of people, insulted and slut-shamed me, didn't let my appraisal happen and left no stone unturned to convert all my smallest mistakes to a chance to humiliate me. Women are women's worst enemy. Actually, women managers are the worst, period.
I dated someone I realize he used to do talk on my boobs with colleagues so yeah it's kinda Harassment we dated doesn't mean i will let slide stuff I get to know during dating him there are so many nasty men who actually manipulate n make women villian bit never disclose their dirty stuff
This is a legal case of harrassment if it is happening anywhere and employees should complain openly about this. Its a toxic workplace abd anyway staff are on the look out for jobs elsewhere.
Oh god! My ex manager (yes a female) did exactly the same thing to me.... and trust me when i say this... dragging one topic to everday's yelling session was her favourite thing too. Even she told my HR to not do my Full and Final. So, im happy i left that place.

ok tested is nothing without the OG gang cause They were like the backbone of the channel and without them the channel is incomplete. But due to some complicacies the gang got separated which costed them to lose their old charm. Even though the channel is doing OK but we, specially the OG fans are not satisfied with the current situation like something is missing out!! All we need now is a Reunion!! Im not complaining, the new team is doing great! But it's not the same anymore. Channel TMKOC jaisa ho gaya hai....Hope to see the whole family together. After investing my 2.5 years in a tech company, my company let me go suddenly stating that they are not doing well financially so they are letting the female employees go.
After giving 6years my company has done the same thing with me as I have been vocal about the things they fucked up. Couldn’t shut me up so last resort was to do this by stating my performance isn’t justifying the salary 😏

Speaking from IT industry perspective, only sick leaves are allowed and whether they ask for documents depends on your relationship with your manager.
