Cause seriously, why did she want her mother in her life when she's a very smart woman who understands that she was a b**** and yet she still blamed Rapunzel for all of it when she was a baby taken from her home, and don't get me started on the candy man. He had no reason to hate rapunzel
I think it was combined with several other instances where Rapunzel overshadowed or overtook Cassandra which grew into resentment over time & since she was under the obligation of protecting & serving Rapunzel cos she was her kingdom’s princess, Cass didn’t really have the authority to act against her (until her betrayal in the S2 finale) but since Cass also clearly has residual abandonment issues, her emotions didn’t really process the reality of her situation or the kind of person her mother was. But Monty the candy man 🍭 was just petty in the fact that Rapunzel wasn’t a traditional princess - even though that was entirely due to the fact that Rapunzel spent her childhood away from Corona due to being oh, KIDNAPPED & therefore didn't grow up knowing her kingdom's traditions 😑
I think that was an error. I also assumed it was Luna, they’re simply using a song that says “mother”. It’s from Tangled the series. Someone pointed out that the regalia is Cadence’s, though.
Yeah, at first, I tried to figure out if it was Twi or something, but it didn’t make sense. Either way. I love Tangled the series music and I love MLP so perfect convo.
