Thank you! This sounds like the original arrangement (I got it from Fred afew years after him composing it). I think he made a slight revision later on. And it IS dedicated to Joseph Lamb.

Oh this is beautiful! Fred Hoeptner has a way of writing some fantastically haunting rags, and this is played wonderfully!

That’s correct! I learned this from a handwritten manuscript that Fred wrote out in the 60s.
