What I don't understand is why this channel isn't blowing up? IMO this is the best offroading channel out there hands down and yet only 7,000 followers,I dont get it!
Well buddy good to see back out! Where me and you differ i would have went to the people who camped in the middle of road and asked them for them to move enough vehicles for us to get through and just maybe they wouldve learned they are not the only people in the world! One thing ive always respected and admired bout you is that when you stop or going to camp or whatever the situation you always think of others to not be in other folks way and always eager to help anybody in trouble! Thanks! But i wouldnt have turned around and ended the trip for that reason! Stay safe and Happy Trails my friend!
@Tommy-rr7ez I was in the "camping" group. I was told that Vas and crew didn't intend on going any further and they were turning around also. So our group took our time finishing lunch. The trail got much more difficult ahead so it seemed reasonable everyone would turn around.
@JustinCaseWages OH ok thank you so much for clearing that up buddy! I realy do preciate it cause I mightve not understood what Vas said and took it the wrong way but I'm sorry and apologize cause I was thinking something completely different! Take care and Happy Trails!
Blue Tacoma here, was good to see you guys on the trail! I almost made it to the lake that day, came within a mile before I turned around.Just ran out of time unfortunately. I was hoping to see you guys come up behind me at some point.
I am still amazed that I was able to think of trying this last time it broke I waited for 2 hours to have someone bring me parts, now I know how to trail fix it next time.
@@TheAngryCamper I live in Santa Cruz county. So my deal is access. I could build a rocklander but it would take me 6/8 hours just to drive it through the Bay area/Sacto to the trailhead.
@4WDAdventureCrew Yes they do in deep snow but inless snow they do great. On trails with no snow they do good and my 94 Dodge Ram 2500 single cab has the best turning ratio of anything I've owned but I wouldn't think bout taking it in deep snow. But I don't have to worry bout deep snow in TN. I give him credit in the Dodge at least he is out trying and not sitting on the couch watching ophra!!!!
Lol. No that it matters, but big, fat, long pickups are only good in deep snow with large tires/lift to help overcome their weight, length, and stiff suspension. This of course does not address their handicaps on tight trails. Also, the pull point for the PW should be on the other side (drivers side) of the bumper. On the passenger side as it was, every pull was pushing the front end into the snow bank, not pulling it away as was desired (presumably). Only when the PW reversed away from the bank did you get any forward advance with the pull. Oh look, another big, fat, heavy pickup in a ditch. lol Good instruction, btw on not spinning under pull. Helping them understand why not to surely sped up the recovery. Looked like a great time to brush off the recovery skills albeit every ten minutes or so. lol Keep up the good work. #80series
My apologies to you and your crew. We had turned around and decided to have lunch and then you guys showed up. One of our group went down to talk to you to see if you wanted to come up past us. There must have been a miscommunication because our group was under the impression you didn’t want to pass and you were going to have lunch also. So we took our time. Again, sorry for the trouble. We would not normally block a trail and only move at our convenience. That’s very inconsiderate. :(
@@JustinCaseWages Had to get a jeep lol, that Tundra has to be my work truck and my everything else truck so I gotta retire it from wheeling, now I can ROCKLANDER in the jeep ha ha ha
You would be surprised how well These trucks do in deep snow, but yes if the sink they Sink, but don’t underestimate these Trucks in deep snow lots of time our light Jeep can’t push tru but these trucks can push a ton, we have many friends with trucks like that you need to check out more of our snow videos you will see
Powerwagon is so heavy for snow ⛄️
Had a new 2010 loaded power wagon. It was absolutely worthless off road. That hog constantly got stuck.
The lookon James face when he almost rolled was classic! LMAO!
This was and absolutely AWESOME day, we had so much fun!!

@Tommy-rr7ez All good, man. Just sucks finding out I was unknowingly "that guy" ruining someone else's outdoor experience. 😢
Bro on the red Xj pushing it!😅good Stuff
Love the split screen. Nice to see from both angles at the same time.
I second that. It's cool to see things develop from two different angles. It also shows you just how off camber that drop was.
Glad you like it!
Now this looks like fun!!!!
Getting stuck and having fun is best time outdoors
My boy James with his daughter's Jeep!! That was close!!!
It really really was!!!!
Love driving around up there.

That taco was badass, nice to meet you two!!
We almost did
And we thought you were with Vas's crew until you pressed on by. I'm so sorry man. (Xterra guy)
Yeah after my Jeep had problem with that sensor and Blue Ram was having problems on Soft snow we decided to turn back
Very clever trail fix. Trip looks reallyt fun too. Looking forward to part two. Thanks for posting!

Congrats to Vas! Having the part in your onboard inventory to get you home.
Learned a new trick with my old Jeep, but now I know I need to carry more electrical parts this Jeep is not getting any younger 😂
Lots and lots of recoveries!!!!
Glad your in the Red Jeep and not that Tundra! Wouldn't have wanted to be in that Ram.
@@scottymac5174 Yeah, that ram was definitely not producing the "fun" element for sure but he made it work in the end ;)
