My favourite workout of yours is kickboxing tabata and dumbbell and kickboxing how about combining the 2 kickboxing dumbbell tabata

Wow... the last today and yesterdays workouts really kicked my butt! My heart rate was between 101 to 161 phew... I be sweating for sure woman! I will always do your workouts because you're so consistent for us all. Thank you Amy!
