A single-leg swing?? COOL! Never would have thought to try that. I prefer classic moves, but I like that you sprinkle in new twists here and there. Thanks!
did this one a day early as I want to end my week with recovery. a little repetitive with moves - although there were enough mods to make them different. I couldn't do any of the jumping thanks to my still-healing left achilles, but even the low impact versions were enough. thank you!
This workouts are getting longer and longer 😔 The bonus circuit was a little too much for my knees. The plie squat to a curtsy triggered something on my left knee 😭 Other than that. Workout has been completed. 😊

I really enjoed all of this month workouts, they were all super challenging and i can tell u that i saw some amaizng results, i bought some heavier weights and did all the calendar and im very very satisfied!!! Keep doing what u r doing, its awesome work!!
I really love the drop moves, calf raises, side plank kicks, great workout! My leg ended up getting a bad cramp on the one legged bridge, next time (hope there is more!) I will just have to keep the foot on the floor. I really get so much more out of the one legged bridge then the regular. Loved, loved, loved this one! 💪 💪 💪
