Together with Evelien I'll show you what's possible with clippers and a longer pixie.

I’m female and would LOVE to go to a barbershop, but don’t know how to find one that does women. I have an ultra short pixie cut like this, but the salon stylist always wants to do everything so “fru-fruey” and always put so much product in it, even though I asks her not to! I love the tomboy look!

Same issue! My husband keeps telling me to go to a barber, but I don’t know how to ask for what I want. I hate how salons put so much product in my 2” of hair like what do they think is changing! Lol

That’s true, but it’s no problem to tel you! I used a number 8 for the big sections and a 6 for the bottom neckline

I actually gave a lady a good short pixie cuts with it it has tapered spacers that draw the hair into the cutting head

Kieran Aylott it’s a number 8 with the lever open, so that’s about 28mm
Thank you, that was my exact question! I love how soft this is. I've been wanting to go back to a pixie for ages, just not fully over the ear, just a wee bit ovet ears but thinned and spilcy and soft razor cut everywhere the clippers don't touch.
Things I hate, I can do this cut on anyone, I've got my license and tools,, can do all of it on myself, except the back. SNAP. ❤️❤️❤️ THIS CUT!

@@HFDZK I had boring long hair and thought I would have a go at cutting it myself. Surprisingly(!) it was a disaster and now it's of variable length but approx 2 inches choppy mess with some long hair at the front for a fringe. I have an old remmington home clipper set (unused). Is it easier to achieve a reasonable haircut with clippers if you're a complete amateur or is it more likely to be a disaster? I won't be cutting it myself this time but my also totally amateur sibling will. Any tips? Thanks.

Sir have you ever heard of the Flowbee haircutting system? It has a system that hooks to a vacuum cleaner and you can do layered cuts it's different for amateur works but it does pretty good lol
But if a lady can find a barber's shop just dropped a lot of money to keep short hair unless you use the Flowbee LOL
But like I said sir here in the United States the Flowbee if I started as a joke when the carpenter was vacuuming his hair

Thanks for compliments! I try to make a video where a majority of the viewers have a thing they like. The capes, short cuts, some other stuff then just a haircut, asmr and so on. Maybe a full length special is a good idea!

I think this cut would look equally good on a guy. I cut my son's hair (clipper and scissors) and think I'll try this style for his next cut. It's very similar to his usual cut, just longer on top.

@@HFDZK There are numerous clippers on Amazon. I can't figure out which one to buy. Unfortunately, most of them are for men's beards 🤔 Can you suggest a model that I can buy, please?
Buy a wahl with a lever on the side and enough guards (from 1 to 6 or 8). You’ll be able to do everything with them. Between $30 and $60.
