Their voice no just follow at all.. out of 10 it's only 3 that are good singers. it's just like their filling the numbers. am scared of giving them mic.. make church members no laugh up... please ma what can I do to help them

Thank you so much for this platform, in a situation when you have someone in your team old enough to be your mother, and she claims she used to be a choir director and surprano singer, but because of age the voice no Dey there again but she no free and she doesn’t want to be corrected because she believes she knows it more than you do , what can I do to help the team.
Thank you for everything you said dear mentor, as a music director, even though i do some of this, but it showed to me that i was not wrong, and it also showed me more i can do. Everything you said blessed me. It just strengthened me to do more and as well gave me some hints on how to do somethings better.
