The most I've gotten, and it was only once, was an alien baby who had human brown eyes and white sclera, not the solid black eyes. To answer your questions; I believe, back when I had created this video, I had a mod that allowed a male Sim to become impregnated by anyone, including humans, therefore I don't believe this was an actual alien impregnation. As for the baby and lack of diaper, it was probably a mod, as well. I tended to use quite a bit of odd ones back when I played the game.
