Big ego doesn't have love for anyone because they DON'T love themselves. Ego is a fake facade someone puts on to the outer world to protect their insecurities. It's actually the opposite of loving themselves. The bigger the ego the more grandiose they must appear to others because internally there is so much self loathing and hatred. Underneath that ego is an adult victim searching for love to heal their damaged inner child. Validation is constantly required which is why they always act so self centered. Definitely agree on the high self esteem description though. Good vid!

Very positively described . Life is pain for some people when they hate themselves. People who are raised on love see's the world differently from people raised on survival .

@@cosmic2096Heidi Priebe and many more, Imagine, half of humanity or more have learned insecure Attachment Styles, and are Not aware of the Hurt they carry inside. Allowing to feel, to heal, to BE aware and selfreflective is one Key. The other is, Not keeping those Feelings, but Sharing, this is what infj are very good at. Asking: Hey, I feel, think this, that way, how do you feel and think bout IT? 🥰🌌🫂🌎

last year i was an egoistic person, I have been working on it since last year. I worked it on so much that now I have low self-esteem. Please Give me solutions that I can be on normal levels.

awareness is the first step. notice the low self talk or thought patterns that come up, don't feed them or believe the story your mind puts behind them but rather listen. don't judge yourself for what you're thinking, just let It be. Once you let it chatter up a storm without putting any power to the negativity, you can then start writing down the main points, and then journaling about the root of the mean thought. after processing through it you can then replace the thought with a kind one.
don't force it, the more you pick at a scab the longer it takes to heal

Sorry man, but this video doesn't seem to say anything, you compare ego to self-esteem but using such extreme cases that is pretty much obvious to anyone who understands there is a difference. One is a saint the other is a narcissist whose ego has gone out of control and the difference is like blacl and white, but what about those who are not in those extremes? Those whose actions seem to be more "gray", how can they know what is their ego and what is their self esteem when they aren't so extreme?
