I have seen many ways to make palak paneer and tried making it 100s of times by following recipes of very renowned chefs. Today just out of curiosity i made this recipe and trust me, it was the best Palak Paneer I have had in my life. I just had it 10 minutes back and it was so tasty that I couldn't help but write this comment right now. I have been cooking from a long time and never ever have got this much clarity on bringing out flavours of this dish, Thanks a lot. I have seen and tried a lot of your recipes and hence I conclude, for me you are indeed a really amazing artisan of culinary, even better than those celebrity chefs.
