My son has the same problem, I'm shocked with the news of the disease.
This audio could be reprocessed. There appears to be both audio clipping and echo. There are now AI programs, mostly paid but some with free trials, that will automate fixing this. Other free programs might also help. Sorry, don't remember the software names.

Hi Doc and Michelle, thanks for the valuable information. Just would like to know what is the main purpose of ultrasound scanning besides viewing the size and cysts on kidneys. Can it tell what type of kidney diseases without doing the biopsy?
Very much appreciate your episodes. One suggestion I would make is to offer visual aids with flow charts etc., to help follow the audio portion.
I am a visual learner and it would help immensely in retaining the information . It could be something as simple as writing on a blackboard.

Why is my creatinine clearance 75 but my kidney ultrasound shows my kidneys are fine they keep telling me they are fine i can't figure this out i feel like i may have stones from all the coffee i used to drink

I'm thinking I may have fsgs because I'm a diabetic with no retinopathy but a huge amount of protein in the urine. Usually people with diabetic kidney disease have retinopathy concurrently. Seeking answers from a nephrologist
I can reduce my creatinine from 2.4 to1.6 with plant based diet but I still got problem with proteinuira in my urine.
Plants have phosphorus tho too right?
They do but the absorption ratio is lower then added phosphates or phosphorous
