Most the oil US extracts is shipped to other countries to be refined since its a different type of oil that US doesn't use and it's almost impossible to create new refineries in the US because of its strict environmental laws.

Low unemployment rates are not always a good sign, as it could also be a symptom of issues with the economy, such as inflation. Due to the fact people are having to get second jobs to make ends meet. Some retirees are having to go back to work because of the same problem.
