This is so good I can't even begin, the artwork is PHENOMENAL the backgrounds and props are so detailed! The characters hold so much emotion and movement this looks like a movie! The story and parallels!! The editing is perfect, ahhHHHHH! I'd love to learn more about them.
This was absolutely amazing! Every scene was like a masterpiece, I can tell you put so much thought as well into the camera work and choreography, and the animation was so darn smooth! I could honestly go on and on about it but I really hope this vid becomes one of the most popular in the entire fandom, it certainly deserves it, ESPECIALLY given how gosh darn hard you have worked :D Congrats Ebony!! So I do believe Delta is Whiteout's animus Granddaughter, which is so cool since that was confirmed as canon in Book 14!

Theory time:So, I'm assuming Delta has Animus magic, and since this was 50 years after Darkstalker disappeared, the Nightwing's were still traumatized by the reign of terror he casted upon them, and the Icewings were definitely still at war with the Nightwing's because of the entire scandal with Artic. When Delta turned out to be an animus everyone was worried that Delta would turn out to be like Darkstalker (or might be a reincarnation of him). Whiteout, (I'm assuming it's whiteout) is one of the only dragons there for them, and reaches out for them even though Delta probably reminds her of her brother. Eventually, the other Nightwing's probably find out about Delta's powers due to the forest fire, and demand for them to either be banished or executed, while Delta was in isolation. Delta ends up fleeing away to the Icewing kingdom where they use their magic to turn themselves into an icewing. They meet another icewing who is kind to them and offers them a place of refuge with other icewings who either don't want involvement in the war, or are of the lowest ranks. They end up being found by other icewing officials who see the group as traitors to their kind, and as they're about to in prison them, Delta uses their animus magic to kill them all with stalactites. The Icewing who is Delta's friend reaches out to them in the midst of the chaos (has flashback of whiteout), and end up getting impaled by stalactites. Delta overcome with emotion, wipes their face with their blood on themselves (which reveals some of their Nightwing side), and the remaining icewings have her banished. Delta then carries their friend's corpse to some sort of energy (or spirit) in hopes of reviving them since animus magic isn't able to do that.

[drops my apple pencil] *what? How is it possible for one person to be so talented?!* this is amazing! I felt like i was watching a movie trailer! I am so hyped to know more about delta and your art is always incredible! Theory: delta was a mutated animus in darkstalkers family and was the dragonet of whiteout and thoughtful. Because of deltas mutated power, she had no control over his animus magic. Like any othr dragonet, delta was excited to know of this power but whiteout knew about how dangerous the power was and is slightly worried. She worried that delta might lose control and be like darkstalker. One day, delta accidentally set the forest the nightwings were living in on fire, having no control of her magic. The nightwings became scared of her and wanted to get rid of her. Deltas family decided that she needed to be kept inside to be safe. Delta felt terrible about what had happened, what if she put her family in danger. So she erased her family’s memory of her and turned herself into an icewing and ran away. In ice kingdom she met a trusted friend in 7th circle, along with a group of other icewings. Something happened and the icewings in the higher ranks decided that the lower circles in touch with delta were a threat and punished them. Delta became angry and used her power to punish the ones who mistreated her friends. Deltas friend who knew of her power became worried and called out for her but delta didnt listen. Her power massacred all the dragons in the higher ranks and when deltas friend tried to calm her down, the moment slowed down as deltas magic almost killed her friend. She was horrified about what she had done and cried. Her tears eraaed part of her icewing spell and the icewings realized who she was. Delta leaves ice kingdom in a hurry, carrying the unconcious body of her friend
I think she did kill her friend, I think she starts looking for a way to bring them back, and the frame at the end, with the glowing flower, is her finding one.

I literally get goosebumps every time I watch this. And trust me, I've watched it over and over! I just can't get over the profession flare, the framework, and how it just flows and fits the song perfectly! I've never seen a better animation. So here's my theory- Stone' mover turned to stone in the books after using his powers too much. This means that a loss of your soul isn't the only possible downside to animus magic. In the description, Ebony said a mutation. This mutation could be in the consequences, i believe (I obviously could be wrong, probably am), that Delta ended up becoming almost Darkstalker-like, not exactly in behavior (Although possible), but looks. Maybe making them think that Delta was an reincarnate of Darkstalker.. This caused the other Night'Wings to be scared, trying to kill Delta or something. So Delta may have changed the way they look to flee, or that could be the mutation. (Again, I don't know..) And they begin using their magic.. And so, that black growth develops on their face, turning them back to their Darkstalker look. I really don't know though xD
Okay- I may have pieced together something else.. So- Delta.. I think whenever they gained their animus ability one of the parents became worried, while the other one was proud.. And in the cave scene, where Delta looks into the water and sees Darkstalker (Not actual Darkstalker, sees themselves as Darkstalker) , I think that kind of backs up the Darkstalker-like theory. And so they're worried about their magic, and possibly transform because of that, so they won't have to see themselves as Darkstalker.. But they use their magic and the black growth forms... I think I might be trying to hard-
Update on my theory.. I just realized that the dragon, the mother- Is probably White ‘Out. That would explain why she doesn’t exactly approve of the animus things, and that she sees her brother in Delta.. huh
0:52 has incredible detail in the story and I love the reason that they don’t show color is because it is pitch black except for the enchanted bracelet

This is INCREDIBLE. The tweening and editing is INSANE. I can't even imagine the amount of time that this took to edit. It looks SO streamlined and professional. I am literally IN AWE watching this. the movements and editing are so smooth, flawless, and fluid. The style of tweening/subtle movements give an animated look to the entire video. The emotions and colors and backgrounds are so incredibly detailed. I wish I could find the words to write a longer comment but I am at a loss for everything, honestly. Theory: delta was a mutated animus in darkstalkers family and was the dragonet of whiteout and thoughtful. Because of deltas mutated power, she had no control over his animus magic. Like any othr dragonet, delta was excited to know of this power but whiteout knew about how dangerous the power was and is slightly worried. She worried that delta might lose control and be like darkstalker. One day, delta accidentally set the forest the nightwings were living in on fire, having no control of her magic. The nightwings became scared of her and wanted to get rid of her. Deltas family decided that she needed to be kept inside to be safe. Delta felt terrible about what had happened, what if she put her family in danger. So she erased her family’s memory of her and turned herself into an icewing and ran away. In ice kingdom she met a trusted friend in 7th circle, along with a group of other icewings. Something happened and the icewings in the higher ranks decided that the lower circles in touch with delta were a threat and punished them. Delta became angry and used her power to punish the ones who mistreated her friends. Deltas friend who knew of her power became worried and called out for her but delta didnt listen. Her power massacred all the dragons in the higher ranks and when deltas friend tried to calm her down, the moment slowed down as deltas magic almost killed her friend. She was horrified about what she had done and cried. Her tears eraaed part of her icewing spell and the icewings realized who she was. Delta leaves ice kingdom in a hurry, carrying the unconcious body of her friend

This is amazing, the rendering of the art is spectacular, and I love how you were thorough with the tweeting. Instead of just moving the images.
So here's my theory-
Stone' mover turned to stone in the books after using his powers too much. This means that a loss of your soul isn't the only possible downside to animus magic. In the description, Ebony said a mutation. This mutation could be in the consequences, i believe (I obviously could be wrong, probably am), that Delta ended up becoming almost Darkstalker-like, not exactly in behavior (Although possible), but looks. Maybe making them think that Delta was an reincarnate of Darkstalker.. This caused the other Night'Wings to be scared, trying to kill Delta or something. So Delta may have changed the way they look to flee, or that could be the mutation. (Again, I don't know..) And they begin using their magic.. And so, that black growth develops on their face, turning them back to their Darkstalker look. I really don't know though xD
Okay- I may have pieced together something else.. So- Delta.. I think whenever they gained their animus ability one of the parents became worried, while the other one was proud.. And in the cave scene, where Delta looks into the water and sees Darkstalker (Not actual Darkstalker, sees themselves as Darkstalker) , I think that kind of backs up the Darkstalker-like theory. And so they're worried about their magic, and possibly transform because of that, so they won't have to see themselves as Darkstalker.. But they use their magic and the black growth forms... I think I might be trying to hard-

Update on my theory.. I just realized that the dragon, the mother- Is probably White ‘Out. That would explain why she doesn’t exactly approve of the animus things, and that she sees her brother in Delta.. huh

This is INCREDIBLE. The tweening and editing is INSANE. I can't even imagine the amount of time that this took to edit. It looks SO streamlined and professional. I am literally IN AWE watching this. the movements and editing are so smooth, flawless, and fluid. The style of tweening/subtle movements give an animated look to the entire video. The emotions and colors and backgrounds are so incredibly detailed. I wish I could find the words to write a longer comment but I am at a loss for everything, honestly. Oh man, This is a true masterpiece. The fact you worked a year on this is amazing!! I Can’t believe you had the patience and motivation!! Everything is a beautiful masterpiece! From the camera movement, Shading, Characters, Movement, to the absolute emotion and feels, I’m not kidding when i say this is one of my favorite PMV’s! And the fact you used one of my favorite rock songs?!? Dude i could go on for hours how amazing this is, This literally looks like it can be a movie!
