I make Andes mint chocolate chip cookies with a chocolate cake mix. I've never thought to make sugar cookies. These look good.

If you crinkle parchment paper it will stay in pan better.

What about Substituting apple sauce in place of the oil. Theres a Dr on Utube that states seed oils are bad to consume. Paul S. I'll find his name and get it to you.

Give it a try. I’m sure it would totally work. I know there’s lots out about seed oils right now.
