Sadly the artist was the one who got that kid outside. When you get a tattoo you lay or sit still for hours sometimes. So nothing crazy that after sudden movement, walking, light the kid passed out. The artist should have known it.

@@TrossachsPhoto Donating blood is the same, only they don't risk you saying "I'm fine", you sit your butt down. It would be great if after the tattoo is done they have you stay in the chair as they ring you out, just to keep an eye on you for 5 minutes.

I have no idea, but it looks like it doesn’t have legs and is instead standing using its wings. I don’t know if that’s physically possible, but corvids are extremely smart so if any bird could learn to stand on its wings I guess it would be one of them.

I almost passed out getting my first tattoo a few months ago, and my artist was so chill about it. He was so patient and understanding, giving me all the time I need. Love that guy.
me and a friend decide to get tattoo on the same evening by the same underground guy doing his stuff from his appartement.He started with 2 hours on my right legs and even if im only 5,6 150 pounds tattoo never affected me.But my 6,2 225 pounds of muscle friend couldnt take it and after maybe only 5 minutes the artist told me : hey buddy better hold your friend there he is about to quit on us haha 2 sec later he was fainting in my arms hahahaha pu^&y...

it's not see through. its in the air, but its wings are facing down so it looks like it's see through. In reality, it's just being held up by it's wings
easiest way to understand would be just don't see it as a sitting down bird, instead see it as one that is flying, with wings turned at a 90 degree angle to balance itself on the ground

The reason passing out is so dangerous, isn’t because you passed out, its because your body goes limp and has no reflex, meaning you can’t catch yourself from slamming your head (and face for that dude) into the ground. Big props to that tattoo artist for supporting his head before anything.

I have this issue as well, whenever I got a piercing or a tattoo done, after the experience my body just decides to shut off for some reason. I was sitting 7 hours of tattoo session, the whole time I was fine, went on for a few smokes during the process. As soon as the tattoo was finished, my body just decided that its time to play some games with me. I didn't faint, but was close to it.

Pro tip to anybody getting a tattoo so that doesn’t happen to you: make sure you are hydrated and eat a full meal within an hour before the appointment. Take snacks and a sports drink if it’s a long session (3+ hrs). Never consume alcohol or drugs within 24 hrs beforehand, and if you are prone to fainting or dizziness (ie anemia, low blood pressure etc) make sure to let your artist know so they can keep an eye on you and aren’t taken by surprise.
This applies to piercings too! I once got pierced after not eating all day (my bad) and was shocked at how dizzy i became. The piercer was kind enough to share his pizza with me 😂👍

I have a feeling I know what happened to the tattoo kid. We have this nerve in our necks called the Vasivagal Nerve, and mine overreacts when getting blood drawn, getting an injection, and even simple piercings. It's so pervasive I have found myself passing out from thinking too much about mummies. This kid may not even be afraid of tattoos, they may not hurt to him but if he thinks about the process even a little it could send his vasivagal into overdrive.
