I don't want to be that person (bc it does look funny), but I think that fish is actually having a hard time breathing. If a fish has its mouth closed/obstructed, it can't take in water to pass through its gills for respiration, leading to a lack of oxygen

How do they even survive? Normally when you introduce a new fish to a tank of pool you have to slowly acclimatize the fish to the same temperature and gradually add water from the tank. Are captive fish just so much more fragile?

The fish are bred in hatcheries to be sterile so they don't interfere with the lake's native fish, and grow them to about 3 inches (7.5cm). Because they are small, the wind and their wiggling slows them down enough to survive. They do all this to restock the lakes because they are popular fishing/tourist locations and they can't easily get cars or trucks there.

Then there's rally/street type drifting where the point is getting from A to B as fast as possible and drifting the car into some turns is for sure faster than taking it properly

I play rally games and watch rally highlights and those techniques are clearly used by me and actual rally drivers Edit: after some more reading, you might be referring to Pendulum turns or scandi flicks due to to the presence of momentum within your statements
