As a dutchman I can tell you that the blue Holland '88 shirt is a hoax. The story behind it was that it would have been the Holland away shirt for the European Championship of '88, but that because the Netherlands always got to play in their home shirt it was never used... Well that's simply not true. As you obviously know the Holland '88 shirt is popular due to the uniqueness of its design as well as the fact that it was the only tournament that we won. The price of that shirt is ridiculous and you even explained in the video where you found it, that there are too many fakes/remakes it is just bizarre. Well the blue shirt actually just plays into that and has thus come into existence just to benefit from the popularity of the home shirt. In fact, recently a dutch newspaper dedicated an article to the Holland '88 shirt because at the time the players themselves hated the design. The right back at the time (Berry van Aerle) admitted that the blue shirt with the iconic design wasn't really the Holland away shirt. In fact, if the Netherlands would have had to use an away kit, they would have played in the white jersey that they used in the qualifiers.
Really hope it’s genuine, however it’s also missing the (R) after KNVB, the ‘official’ home shirts have these. I’m even in doubt about the font used, looks slightly thin to me. My best guess is a sample, or just ‘ home brew’ by someone.
Surely he could contact Adidas and get the true story of the shirt...if its made by Adidas for Holland then its legit whether they actually wore it in a game or not

The Santos shirt is from 1992-93. It says Bi-Mundial (double world champions) and it celebrates the 30th anniversary of the 1963 Intercontinental Cup win against Milan - the club's second world title. Not an expert on Brazilian football from that time but there are versions of this same shirt with and without the Umbro branding.

I think it would be a fantastic idea if you could make a top 10 shirts of the week series as every club is currently announcing their kits for next season every week. Probably easier to make than this type of series and would most likely attract new people to your channel. Big ups from Portugal

Santos shirt is the 1990 or 1991 home shirt. Seems like they had a similar shirt sponsored by coke throughout the 80s but didn’t have a kit sponsor. Earliest I can find this style and sponsored by Umbro is 1990

Bilbao shirt I'd reckon to be 82-84...they had just won la liga back to back during that time. The last time and only time since the 50s to do so....so maybe that kit is synonymous with that time frame within the club....I do know adidas was there supplier from 82-90 as well Hope this somewhat helps

we were doing Archaeology along where one of the rivers through the city had been dredged ,,, our best finds were some 1950s milk bottles along with phones, batterys, bikes, sat navs , other old bottles , the usual stuff that gets dumped in a town river .. however i spotted some purple material and had a further look only to find a rangers 1993-1994 keepers shirt worn when Rangers finished as champions of the Scottish Premier Division worth about £250-£300 . Unfortunately its only the front and left arm of the shirt . so we just got a good few pictures of it and moved on .. i collect rare shirts myself and it just goes to show u never know when a shirt or in this case half a shirt will turn up :)
The weather in the car boot clip is dreadful, like Scotland at Euro 2020 I only find 1 thing when I go to charity shops. The last thing I found was a 06-07 Leeds home shirt, with the tag attached (I took the tag off unfortunately).
The Korean shirts are rare because the badge isnt the KFA logo, and it's the flag. I'm a south korean football (both national team and kleague) fan and collector myself, and the value on those its amazing. Normally south korean shirts before 2002, are expensive and really rare to find.

Some great shirts there...especially the 88 England shirt. One of England's best. I live in the U.S. and I did find an Italy national shirt in a "thrift store" and a children's size Republic of Ireland one in another store.

Rarest shirt you’ll ever try to find is the shirt worn by Stockport county away to Brighton in 1992….worn for that one game only as our other kits clashed with theirs….if you find one I would pay you a hefty sum of money.

Ellis I will be searching about that Santos also G means Large. And that Bi mundial translates to 2 times World Champions which they were in the 60s so it's probably an anniversary shirt of that as well very special indeed

if you ever come to los angeles, it’s much easier to find them a thrift shops (charity shops) nobody buys them out here too often
