  • Mike is like a mythical figure that will be immortalized till the end of human existance and for good reason he was so much better than any other player that ever picked up a basketball (Bird right behind him IMO) And btw Mike with No Hand Checking He Would Be Completely Unstoppable 50ppg easy in this Gelatin era of Basketball I'm not sure if someone will ever surpass him I truly believe that LeBron could win 10 in a row in this era and Jumpman will still be considered as the best to ever lacem up

    Let’s talk about numbers... the one’s that matters. The man won 6 championships with 6 MVPs, he won 5 season MVPs, 10 scoring titles and one of those he also won the defensive title being a guard. He did all that which is more than anyone in much less time than every other star in a league were there was hand checking and they played real tough basketball. He changed the game and is the undisputed GOAT forever.

    This man is the most complete player in NBA history. An athletic phenom., a ferocious competitor, an offensive machine and defensive demon. Fundamentally sound with virtually no weaknesses. A "40+ vertical and ran a 4.3 fourty. Michael Jeffrey Jordan is the Blueprint by which all so-called great players are judged by. As in so-n-so is the the next Jordan. Others may score more points, rebounds, and assists. But what he accomplished in the hand check no flagrant foul era may never be repeated. What he did in the 87/88 season alone is historic. His records and accomplishments speak for themselves and are unmatched in 15 seasons.

      @Greg A love Bo, love Winfield, but they ain't MJ in basketball in their respective sports. But no one else is either perhaps aside from Gretzky and Pele and neither has aesthetic dominance on top of athletic dominance like MJ. Too bad Bo got injured, no doubt the best multi sport athlete ever. But in basketball, watching anyone after MJ is just a sad sight. Everyone is flawed significantly and thus tough and ugly to watch.

He never gave up, he is the best player because he set the standard of what it takes to be a winner. And this started back while he was growing up.
      Michael Jordan simply is lightning in a bottle.

    • @tonyhernandez1968
      @tonyhernandez1968 3 года назад

      @@michaelnorris6168 Amén to that. Lebron is a fake. He is alright but today’s NBA rules are too soft. Ticky Tack fouls, flopping and setting up a Super team for Lafake so he can win another championship. And one more observation, the GoldenState Warriors were unbelievable Lebron and his team couldn’t stop Curry and klay Thompson that’s why he said Curry was standing in his way and started a rivalry with him. He and his Cavaliers got swept by the Warriors and it made him look so bad that I believe the NBA decided to dismantle the Warriors. Look at that team today. It is so. Sorry. So yes Curry made him look bad. He had nothing on the black Mamaba Kobe Bryant so how can he say he is the greatest player in the universe? All these young fans want a Basketball hero say they are going to say that he is the best in the world. But looking back at Michael Jordan Lebron can’t compare to Jordan. Mind you Jordan is 6’6” and Lebron is 6’10” he is 4 inches taller. He is bigger than Jordan which means that Jordan had to exert himself so much more against a lot of tall player. You never seen Lebron do all that. So yes Jordan is hands down the best the world have ever seen. Forget this self proclaimed king. Peace.

    MJ is either the GOAT or among the elite few that have the legitimate claim to title of GOAT (like Larry Bird). I absolutely do NOT see, or consider, Lebron James to be among the elite few to claim the title of GOAT since I have seen time and time again where he has sat in the other side of the court, after his team scored, while his team is on the other side trying to stop the other team from scoring.

    • @DesmondDaddy
      @DesmondDaddy 3 года назад +4

      Rick Jensen Exactly! That's the same reason I say all the time how the the hell you got the nerve to call YOURSELF the GOAT when you only play offense and a weak ass D. And if he wins he gets all the credit. That's why Kyrie ask to be trade and Kawai said no thanks. Great players should want to compete and not get backpacked to a Chip, but not LeBooboo. He wants a guaranteed Chip. I remember when Shag and Barkley had that argument on the NBA on TNT. And Chuck was like don't you want to compete against other great players and not join them, and meathead Shag was like no, no you don't have no rings so you don't understand. And Chuck was so how you calling yourself the GOAT if you always looking to put together a super team. And I agree 100%.

    I wish lebron could have played in Jordan's time so Jordan can embarrassed him like he did to all the other competition. But wait I think lebron would have needed that idol to look up to like MJ number 23 to even want to play basketball. What am saying is without MJ the icon. There wont be a lebron or kobe RIP.

      @donkey ass reviews and do's i love Lebron but he just had a chance to seal his legacy in game 5. But instead of shooting for the win passes to Danny Green who barely hits the rim. Thats why he'll never be in Jordan's class. He pisses me off 😤

      @donkey ass reviews and do's point is he gives ppl the ammo they have against him. Always looking to someone to save him. He's 3 for 9 for a reason. Everyone will have their comebacks but once again I gotta hear ppl with the same argument. Bron proves them right everytime. Not that he isn't great its like they say Mj is a 10 and 2nd place down are 8s and below. They'll win in a blowout no finals buzzer beaters from the baby goat lbj. Just sucks to me

    the goat, the black cat. Even with the hand checking he was still unstoppable. Not even centers could stop him in the big men era. He scored 64 on Shaq's Magic and swept them 4-0 in 96, he posterized prime Ewing, Alonzo Mourning and Dikembe Mutumbo, simply unstoppable. Greatest mid range shooter ever, great 3pt shooter, great free throw shooter, greatest scorer, top 3 greatest stealers ever, greatest shot blocking guard, greatest defender, his fadeway was like Kareem's sky hook, had the most hangtime ever, great passer, great rebounder, great ball handler, play maker, one of the fastest players ever, could palm the ball like no one could, and greatest competitor ever. Simply the NBA goat.

  • @MrDanielWP
    @MrDanielWP 3 года назад

    Growing up, I seriously thought this was how you were supposed to play because I watched him. Splitting double teams, reverse layups, using your body to shield the ball from defenders and shooting across your body (or, over your head), turn around fade aways from high post, etc. With my 5'9" frame and 36" vertical, against weaker competition, I used to do those moves. I had no idea that I tapped into god-tier skills - I just thought that was what people did.
    I can only imagine being 6'6", with a 48" vert and huge hands, while being that quick. People don't understand how unstoppable he was. There is no answer for those moves with that athleticism. There have been zero people who were ever born that can defend Jordan. Double or tripple teams were basically ineffective against most of what he did.
