Nightmare mode in new winter outpost is gone, you get legendaries from "hard" now. Legacy maps can only be played if you played before the new map updates, you should seem them in the map list.
-Make sure you're using the proper equipment -Make sure your stat points are dividing correctly -Make sure gear is upgraded -Enemy and boss health increases with each player in dungeon
